Abstract
An assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator includes a heat-conducting plate and a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members. The surface of the heat-conducting plate has a plurality of slots, and each of the slots extends from one side of the heat-conducting plate to another corresponding side. The U-shaped heat-dissipating member has a U-shaped body and a plurality of heat-dissipating fins, and the U-shaped body having a bottom plate and a pair of lateral plates, wherein the distance between the pair of lateral plates is corresponding to the distance of the two adjacent slots, so that the pair of lateral plates insert into the two adjacent slots, and the U-shaped heat-dissipating member integrates with the heat-conducting plate.

1 . An assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator, comprising:
a heat-conducting plate, a surface of the heat-conducting plate having a plurality of slots that are parallel to each other, each slot being constructed by two boards that are spaced, the boards outwardly extending from the surface of the heat-conducting plate, each of the slots extending from one side of the heat-conducting plate to another corresponding side; and at least one U-shaped heat-dissipating member, having a U-shaped body and a plurality of heat-dissipating fins, the U-shaped body having a bottom plate and a pair of lateral plates that bend and extend from two opposite sides of the bottom plate, the heat-dissipating fins extending from the inner wall of one of the lateral plates to the other lateral plate; wherein a distance between the pair of lateral plates is corresponding to a distance of two adjacent slots, so that the pair of lateral plates insert into the two adjacent slots, and the U-shaped heat-dissipating member integrates with the heat-conducting plate.
2 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 1 , wherein the U-shaped heat-dissipating member further comprises a support plate which extends from the inner wall of one of the lateral plates to the inner wall of the other lateral plate.
3 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 2 , wherein the support plate is disposed at a position far from the bottom plate, of the U-type radiating member.
4 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 1 , wherein a heat-dissipating channel is among the bottom plate and the lateral plates and is through the U-shaped body.
5 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 1 , wherein a distance between every two adjacent slots is equal to the other distance between every other two adjacent slots.
6 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 1 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, the heights of the U-shaped heat-dissipating members inserting in the heat-conducting plate being different.
7 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 2 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, the heights of the U-shaped heat-dissipating members inserting in the heat-conducting plate being different.
8 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 3 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, the heights of the U-shaped heat-dissipating members inserting in the heat-conducting plate being different.
9 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 4 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, the heights of the U-shaped heat-dissipating member inserting in the heat-conducting plate being different.
10 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 5 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, the heights of the U-shaped heat-dissipating member inserting in the heat-conducting plate being different.
11 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to 6 , wherein the U-shaped heat-dissipating members with the same height are arranged as one set, and a height difference is between the two adjacent sets of the U-shaped heat-dissipating members.
12 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 1 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, any of the two adjacent slots being disposed one of the plurality of the U-type heat-dissipating members.
13 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 2 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, any of the two adjacent slots being disposed one of the plurality of the U-type heat-dissipating members.
14 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 3 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, any of the two adjacent slots being disposed one of the plurality of the U-type heat-dissipating members.
15 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 4 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, any of the two adjacent slots being disposed one of the plurality of the U-type heat-dissipating members.
16 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 5 , wherein there are a plurality of U-shaped heat-dissipating members, any of the two adjacent slots being disposed one of the plurality of the U-type heat-dissipating members.
17 . The assembled aluminum extrusion heat dissipator according to claim 12 , wherein the plurality of the U-shaped heat-dissipating members in any of the two adjacent slots are serially or intermittently arranged.
