Abstract
A limiter is connected to an accumulator leg near a first header collection pipe in an outdoor unit. The limiter extends from the accumulator leg toward the first header collection pipe to limit movement of the first header collection pipe.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, the outdoor unit comprising:
a casing; a heat exchanger including two header collection pipes standing in the casing, a plurality of flat pipes arranged in a vertical direction between the two header collection pipes, each of which is inserted in one of the header collection pipes at one end, and is inserted in the other header collection pipe at the other end, and a plurality of fins joined to the flat pipes; a support provided on a bottom plate of the casing to support one of the header collection pipes from below; and a limiter extending from a part near the one of the header collection pipes toward the one of the header collection pipes to limit movement of the one of the header collection pipes.
2 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein
an insulating externally contacting part is provided to externally contacts the one of the header collection pipes, and the limiter limits the movement of the one of the header collection pipes through the externally contacting part.
3 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 2 , wherein
the limiter is in surface contact with the externally contacting part to limit the movement of the one of the header collection pipes.
4 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 2 , wherein
the support is insulative, and supports the one of the header collection pipes from below with a top surface of the support in contact with a lower surface of the one of the header collection pipes, and the externally contacting part is formed continuously with the support, and protrudes upward from the top surface of the support to externally contact the one of the header collection pipes.
5 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein
the limiter directly contacts the one of the header collection pipes to limit the movement of the one of the header collection pipes.
6 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein
the limiter limits the movement of the one of the header collection pipes in a direction substantially horizontal and substantially vertical to a direction of extension of the flat pipes.
7 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 3 , wherein
the support is insulative, and supports the one of the header collection pipes from below with a top surface of the support in contact with a lower surface of the one of the header collection pipes, and the externally contacting part is formed continuously with the support, and protrudes upward from the top surface of the support to externally contact the one of the header collection pipes.
8 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 2 , wherein
the limiter limits the movement of the one of the header collection pipes in a direction substantially horizontal and substantially vertical to a direction of extension of the flat pipes.
9 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 3 , wherein
the limiter limits the movement of the one of the header collection pipes in a direction substantially horizontal and substantially vertical to a direction of extension of the flat pipes.
10 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 4 , wherein
the limiter limits the movement of the one of the header collection pipes in a direction substantially horizontal and substantially vertical to a direction of extension of the flat pipes.
11 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 5 , wherein
the limiter limits the movement of the one of the header collection pipes in a direction substantially horizontal and substantially vertical to a direction of extension of the flat pipes.
12 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner of claim 7 , wherein
the limiter limits the movement of the one of the header collection pipes in a direction substantially horizontal and substantially vertical to a direction of extension of the flat pipes.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
