Abstract
The present invention discloses a wear-resistant weaving fabric and manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method is to utilize a jacquard to interweave a plurality of warps delivered by two warp beams with a plurality of wefts delivered by a weft supplied mechanism to produce a weaving fabric with space impression. Furthermore, the implementation of a reinforcing procedure to the warps and the wefts before interweaving in the present invention can further enhance the wear resistance of the present weaving fabric.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric, comprising:
enhancing the wear-resistance of a plurality of first warps, a plurality of second warps and a plurality of wefts by a reinforcing procedure; individually supplying the plurality of first warps and the plurality of second warps by two warp beams; individually supplying the plurality of wefts by a plurality of weft supplied mechanisms; and interlacing the plurality of first warps, the plurality of second warps and the plurality of wefts to produce the wear-resistant weaving fabric with thickness diversity and characterized figure according to a composition organization; wherein the plurality of first warps and the plurality of second warps individually include different materials or thread diameters.
2 . The method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcing procedure comprises a twist yarn procedure or a sizing procedure.
3 . The method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric of claim 1 , wherein the two warp beams and the plurality of weft supplied mechanisms are arranged in a jacquard.
4 . The method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric of claim 1 , wherein the two warp beams comprise two beams.
5 . The method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric of claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises receiving the plurality of wefts from the plurality of weft supplied mechanisms by a shuttle, and delivering the plurality of wefts and the plurality of first warps and the plurality of second warps by the shuttle to conduct an interlacing arrangement so as to form the wear-resistant weaving fabric.
6 . The method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric of claim 1 , wherein the method further individually raising the plurality of first warps and the plurality of second warps of the two warp beams by a jacquard mechanism, so that the plurality of wefts can run through the plurality of first warps and the plurality of second warps to form the interlacing arrangement.
7 . The method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric of claim 6 , wherein the method further comprises transmitting a command to a control module according to the composition organization by a computer host, and controlling the jacquard mechanism and the plurality of weft supplied mechanisms to conduct the interlacing arrangement by the control module.
8 . A wear-resistant weaving fabric, comprising:
a warp group having a plurality of first warps and a plurality of second warps, wherein the plurality of first warps and the plurality of second warps individually include different materials or thread diameters; and a weft group having a plurality of wefts; wherein the plurality of first warps, the plurality of second warps and the plurality of wefts are implemented with a reinforcing procedure, so as to interweave the plurality of first warps, the plurality of second warps and the plurality of wefts according to a composition organization.
9 . The wear-resistant weaving fabric of claim 8 , wherein the reinforcing procedure comprises a twist yarn procedure or a sizing procedure to reinforce the wear-resistant of the plurality of first warps, the plurality of second warps and the plurality of wefts.
10 . The wear-resistant weaving fabric of claim 8 , wherein the interlacing arrangement of the different materials and the thread diameters of the plurality of first warps, the plurality of second warps and the plurality of wefts produces the thickness diversity and characterized figure to the wear-resistant weaving fabric.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
