Abstract

A pallet comprises a first carrier board and a plurality of support elements. The first carrier board includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The plurality of support elements is arranged on the first surface of the first carrier board. Each support element has at least one through-hole penetrating the support element along a first direction, and the first direction is parallel to the first surface of the first carrier board. The pallet of the present invention is fabricated in an extrusion-shaping method and has advantages of simple fabrication processes, mass production and inexpensiveness.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A pallet comprising
a first carrier board including a first surface and a second surface opposite to said first surface; and a plurality of support elements arranged on said first surface of said first carrier board and each having at least one through-hole penetrating said support element along a first direction, wherein said first direction is parallel to said first surface of said first carrier board.

2 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said plurality of support elements is parallel arranged into two rows along said first direction, and wherein a pair of forks is allowed to be placed into said first through-holes.

3 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said plurality of support elements is parallel arranged into two rows along said first direction, and a pair of forks is allowed to be placed into said first through-holes; wherein said plurality of support elements is parallel arranged into three rows along a second direction, and a pair of forks is allowed to be placed between said support elements along said second direction; said second direction is vertical to said first direction.

4 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said plurality of support elements is parallel arranged into three rows along said first direction, and a pair of forks is allowed to be placed between said support elements along said first direction.

5 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said plurality of support elements is parallel arranged into three rows along said first direction and along a second direction simultaneously, and a pair of forks is allowed to be placed between said support elements along either said first direction or said second direction; said second direction is vertical to said first direction.

6 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said first carrier board is perforated to form a grid-like structure along a normal direction of said first carrier board.

7 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said first carrier board includes a plurality of second through-holes penetrating said first carrier board along said first direction.

8 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said first carrier board includes a plurality of ribs arranged on said second surface thereof and extending along said first direction to enhance mechanical strength of said first carrier board.

9 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said first carrier board includes a plurality of grooves arranged on said second surface thereof and extending along said first direction to increase friction between said second surface of said first carrier board and cargo.

10 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said first carrier board includes a plurality of slip-proof pads or slip-proof patches arranged on said second surface.

11 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said first carrier board includes a plurality of openings formed on said second surface thereof and used for accommodating said plurality of support elements of another said pallet to stack a plurality of said pallets.

12 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein each said support element includes at least one groove arranged on an outer surface of said support element and extending along said first direction, and wherein said outer surface is opposite to said first surface of said first carrier board.

13 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein each said support element has at least one slip-proof pad or slip-proof patch arranged on an outer surface thereof, and wherein said outer surface is opposite to said first surface of said first carrier board.

14 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said first carrier board and said support elements are fabricated into a one-piece structure.

15 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein said first carrier board has a plurality of first press-fit structures, and each said support element has at least one second press-fit structure, and wherein said second press-fit structures are press-fitted to said first press-fit structures to assemble said first carrier board and said support elements into said pallet.

16 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein each said support element has a connection structure connecting said first carrier board and an inner wall of said support element.

17 . The pallet according to claim 1 further comprising a second carrier board arranged on another side of said support elements and opposite to said first carrier board.

18 . The pallet according to claim 1 , wherein materials of said first carrier board and said support elements include:
a plurality of strip-like fiber units containing a plurality of crude rice husks or wood powder or combination thereof, wherein said crude rice husks and said wood powder are arranged along random direction of fiber axes of said crude rice husks and said wood powder, wherein a plurality of gaps are distributed among said crude rice husk and said wood powder; a filling material filling said gaps distributed among said crude rice husk and said wood powder and bonding said strip-like fiber units to form an appearance of said pallet; and a coupling agent distributed on interfaces between said strip-like fiber units and said filling material to enhance bonding between said strip-like fiber units and said filling material.

19 . The pallet according to claim 18 , wherein said filling material includes at least one selected from a group consisting of nylon, PP (polypropene), PE (polyethene), PVC (polyvinylchloride), and PET (polyethylene terephthalate).
