Abstract
The present invention discloses a beverage container 13, having a circular upper orifice for receiving a removable threaded cap to contain a carbonated drink, a beverage container 10, having a donut shape upper orifice for receiving a removable donut shape seal of aluminum foil to contain a mixed juice, the beverage container 10 nesting on top of the beverage container 13, the removable threaded cap keeping the two nested beverage containers interlocked, and a desired cocktail punch produced through mixing the carbonated drink and juice inside the beverage container 13.

Two nested and interlocked beverage containers comprise a beverage container having a circular upper orifice for receiving a removable threaded cap, a beverage container having a donut shape upper orifice for receiving a removable donut shape seal of aluminum foil, the beverage container having the donut shape upper orifice nested on top of the beverage container having the circular upper orifice, both beverage containers centered around two overlapped longitudinal axes, and the threaded cap keeping the two nested beverage containers interlocked.
2 . Two nested and interlocked beverage containers of claim 1 , wherein the two overlapped longitudinal axes comprises a longitudinal axis of the beverage container having the circular upper orifice and a longitudinal axis of the beverage container having the donut shape upper orifice.
3 . Two nested and interlocked beverage containers of claim 1 , wherein the beverage container having the donut shape upper orifice comprises a thickened circular inner ring, a thickened circular outer ring, said two circular rings centered around the longitudinal axis and lied on a plane, comprising the donut shape upper orifice, an inner cylindrical sidewall, centered around the longitudinal axis, coincided and joined with the circular inner ring, an outer cylindrical sidewall, centered around the longitudinal axis, coincided and joined with the circular outer ring, a cylindrical through hole, and a donut bottom.

The beverage container having the donut shape upper orifice of claim 3 , wherein the donut bottom comprises an inner curved wall forming a smaller circle, coincided and joined with the inner cylindrical sidewall, an outer curved wall forming a larger circle, coincided and joined with the outer cylindrical sidewall.

Two nested and interlocked beverage containers of claim 1 , wherein the beverage container having the circular upper orifice comprises a threaded neck, centered around a longitudinal axis, said threaded neck comprising the circular upper orifice, a smaller upper cylindrical sidewall, centered around the longitudinal axis, a larger lower cylindrical sidewall, centered around the longitudinal axis, a curved top joining the smaller upper cylindrical sidewall and the larger lower cylindrical sidewall, and a container bottom.

Two nested and interlocked beverage containers of claim 1 , wherein the removable threaded cap further defined as similar to a conventional tamper-proof soda bottle cap comprises an upper cylindrical cap, a middle circular break joint, a lower circular skirt, and an annular flange extended away from a peripheral edge of the upper cylindrical cap to form an outer circular edge.
7 . The cylindrical through hole of claim 3 , is a cylindrical void formed by the inner circular ring and the inner cylindrical sidewall having a diameter measured at a narrowest distance.
8 . The diameter of cylindrical through hole of claim 7 , is larger than a diameter of the threaded neck.
9 . The diameter of cylindrical through hole of claim 7 , is larger than a diameter of the smaller upper cylindrical sidewall.
10 . The diameter of cylindrical through hole of claim 7 , is smaller than a diameter of the larger lower cylindrical sidewall.
11 . The diameter of cylindrical through hole of claim 7 , is smaller than a diameter of the outer circular edge of the annular flange.
12 . Two nested and interlocked beverage containers of claim 1 , wherein the the beverage container having the donut shape upper orifice nested on top of the beverage container having the circular upper orifice not only positions the upper cylindrical sidewall inside the cylindrical through hole, but also positions the circular upper orifice, received the removable threaded cap entirely above the donut shape upper orifice, received the donut shape seal of aluminum foil.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
