Abstract

Magnetic Removable Closure System relates to all purpose closure system which is particularly designed and intended for use in clothing, underclothing, leather goods, shoes, any accessories and any other field of application. The present closure system permits to join. securely different components by attractive action of the magnets. It consists of three separate components, as follows: Fixed part, composed of at least one pocket ( 1 ) incorporated into the article(s) or fixed on the surface of the garment; Movable part, composed of two or more flexible removable magnetic strips ( 10 ); Magnet or magnetic attractable member ( 25 ), which helps to insert or slide the magnetic strip ( 10 ) into the pocket ( 1 ).

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . Magnetic Removable Closure System for clothing, underclothing, leather goods, shoes, any accessories and for any other field of application which is flexible and light (weight varies from 0.8 gr. till 200 gr., depending on necessary attractive force, and which consists of three distinct parts (all indispensable):
 Fixed part  FIG. 1(   a - c ) which consists of at least one Pocket made of flexible material (preferably fabric) fixed by bonding, basting, gluing, sealing, but, preferably, by stitching, sewing, seaming on each of the opposing boards of the article to be closed/opened, or which consists of at least one Pocket incorporated during manufacturing process into internal opposing boards of the article to be closed/opened.   Movable part  FIG. 2(   a - c ) which consists of at least one Magnetic Removable Strip made of flexible material (preferably fabric) inside of which are positioned ferromagnetic objects (preferably cylindrical permanent magnets), one end of the said Magnetic Strip is closed by self-blocking Label which could be magnetized and is made of flexible material (preferably polymer-bonded fabric) which blocks in the right position sliding (insertion) of said Magnetic Strip inside of said Pocket and accelerates removal of said Magnetic Strip from the said Pocket to facilitate laundry, drying and ironing of the article;   Magnetic Slider which accelerates sliding (insertion) of said Magnetic Strip into said Pocket which consists of at least one ferromagnetic object (preferably permanent cylindrical magnet) which has stronger magnetic attraction force than magnets inserted in said magnetic strip and   
     
     
         2 . Closure system, according to preceding claim, which consists of at least one pocket incorporated
 into internal opposing board (edge, side) of the article by means of different manufacturing process of the board: on one end of the fabric, which is bent over and fixed on the internal part of the article to create an empty board, is made an opening, hole, eyelet aimed to insert said magnetic strip.   
     
     
         3 . Closure system, according to  claim 1 , which consists of Magnetic Strip made out of two parts of any flexible material, natural (preferably fabric) joined together by bonding, basting, gluing, sealing, but, preferably, by stitching, sewing, seaming, inside of which are positioned ferromagnetic objects (preferably cylindrical permanent magnets), having the same magnetic orientation. 
     
     
         4 . Closure system, according to  claim 1 , which consists of at least one Magnetic strip on one end of which is fixed (preferably stitched) Label made of flexible material (preferably polymer-bonded fabric) which has triple function:
 as a final fastener or clasp which blocks insertion of said Magnetic Strip into said Pocket and stops it at necessary position;   as a flap for removal of said Magnetic Strip from said Pocket;   label which could have brand, name etc.   
     
     
         5 . Closure system, according to  claim 1 , which consists of Magnetic Slider, which consists of at least one ferromagnetic object (preferably permanent cylindrical magnet) having stronger magnetic attraction force than magnets inserted in said magnetic strip, and accelerates sliding (insertion) of said Magnetic Strip into said Pocket, said Magnetic slider has a handle and is covered by slippery material (preferably fabric) on the side which will slide onto the article; 
     
     
         6 . Closure system, according to  claim 1 , which is being removed from any article of clothing, underclothing, leather goods, shoes, any accessories and for any other field of application, in order to facilitate laundry, drying, ironing and is being inserted again (after cleaning processes) by means of the components of the closure system. 
     
     
         7 . Magnetic Strip, according to  claim 3  is suitable to be produced in standard length sizes:
 from 1 cm till 15 cm of closure for wristbands, cuffs, pockets, polo, ties, trousers  FIG. 5  etc. (each magnetic strip has from 1 till 7 magnets); 
 from 15 cm till 40 cm of closure for jackets, vests, new designed sleeves, skirts, shirts  FIG. 4  etc. (each magnetic strip has from 2 till 13 magnets); 
 from 40 cm till 150 cm of closure for coats, overcoats, dresses, suits, pants, gowns  FIG. 6  etc. (each magnetic strip has from 3 till 29 magnets); 
 
     
     
         8 . Articles of clothing  FIGS. 4 ,  5 ,  6 , underclothing, leather goods, shoes, any accessories and of any other field of application which have said Pocket incorporated into the article during manufacturing process  FIG. 1(   b ), according to  claim 2 , aimed to insert said Magnetic strip.
