Fan assembly

Abstract

A fan assembly includes a fan and a number of airflow guiding members. The fan includes an end board on which a number of airflow guides may be pivoted out to a horizontal position by airflow pressure but which fall back to a vertical position when the fan is not working, to effectively seal the vent when an airflow is not present.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A fan assembly, comprising:
 a fan comprising an end board; the end board comprising two parallel end walls facing away from each other, the end walls defining a plurality of installing holes; and   a plurality of guiding members, each guiding member comprising a plate, two arms slantingly extending up and rearward from opposite ends of a top side of the plate, and two pins extending from inner surfaces of the arms, wherein the two pins of each guiding member are pivotably inserted into two of the installing holes respectively in the two end walls and aligning with each other.
