Concealed Carry System

Abstract

The present invention relates to a concealed carry system that is configured in such a manner as to alleviate the inherent disadvantages of other concealed carrying devices. The present invention generally relates to a concealed carry system for carrying firearms. More particularly, the present invention relates to a conceal carry system which completely conceals and enables the wearer to carry self-defense items such as a handgun, mace, knife, etc. and personal items such as a cell phone, credit cards etc. without revealing the shapes, thus allowing the user to dress in a manner of choice or comfort.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A concealed carry system (CCS) comprising:
 one piece of elastic fabric having a right end and a left end;   one clip located on the right or left end; and   at least one pocket for carrying firearms and personal items located on the end opposite to the end having the clip;   wherein the clip of the CCS is designed to grip onto the elastic fabric itself anywhere along the length of the fabric leaving fitting options open to the user and working for all body types.   
     
     
         2 . The CCS of  claim 1 , wherein the clip is a suspender clip. 
     
     
         3 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the piece of elastic material is preferably stretch lace. 
     
     
         4 . The CCS of  claim 3 , wherein the elastic fabric is 40-100 inches in length and 1.5-10 inches in width. 
     
     
         5 . The CCS of  claim 4 , wherein the elastic fabric is preferably 50-90 inches in length and 3-8 inches in width. 
     
     
         6 . The CCS of  claim 5 , wherein the elastic fabric is preferably 50-70 inches in length and 5-7 inches in width. 
     
     
         7 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the CCS has 1-5 pockets measuring 3-5 inches side-by-side at 6-50 inches from the right end of the elastic fabric for the CCS having suspender clip located at the left end of the elastic fabric or left end of the elastic fabric when the CCS having suspender grip/clip located at the right end of the elastic fabric. 
     
     
         8 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the CCS has two pockets located at 6-20 inches from the right end of the elastic fabric for the CCS having the suspender clip located at the left end of the elastic fabric or left end of the elastic fabric for the CCS having the suspender clip located at the right end of the elastic fabric. 
     
     
         9 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one pocket is created by folding the fabric over onto itself and sewing them in place. 
     
     
         10 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one pocket has a double layer of fabric for extra support. 
     
     
         11 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the suspender clip is sewn to the right or left end of the fabric for securely fastening the CCS, the clip is 1-3 inches in length and 1-3 inches in width. 
     
     
         12 . The CCS of  claim 2  is designed to fit different body parts by increasing or decreasing the number of times the fabric is wrapped depending on the diameter of the body part in which it is being worn. 
     
     
         13 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one pocket is designed and configured for the barrel of the gun to be inserted into the pocket with the handle either out or inside of the pocket depending on the size of the firearm. 
     
     
         14 . The CCS of  claim 4 , wherein the elastic fabric is long enough to wrap more than once around a firearm leaving an option of the gun handle exposed or covered. 
     
     
         15 . The CCS of  claim 2  can be worn and used by both right and left handed wearers. 
     
     
         16 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the elastic fabric and at the at least one pocket are made of breathable material to help airflow and keep the wearer cooler in hot temperatures. 
     
     
         17 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the elastic fabric and the at least one pocket having several different colors. 
     
     
         18 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the elastic fabric and the at least one pocket are made of washable material. 
     
     
         19 . The CCS of  claim 2 , further comprising a clip on the end having the at least one pocket. 
     
     
         20 . The CCS of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one pocket comprises removable foam insert for additional support.
