Abstract
A pullover-style shirt, the shirt comprising an exterior layer of fabric, an interior layer of fabric, an aperture in the exterior layer, securing means that serve to close the aperture when the aperture is not actively manipulated by a user, but that allow the easy opening of the aperture to display the interior layer when the aperture is actively manipulated by a user. The inventor contemplates that the interior layer should bear a graphic display that is exposed when the aperture is opened. The securing means are to be a system of opposite polarity magnets that sewn into the edges of the aperture, thus closing the aperture via their force of attraction when not restrained from one another. Still further, the inventor expressly contemplates that the aperture should be positioned so as to locate over the sternum of a user when the pullover top is worn.

A dynamic pullover top to be worn by a user, the pullover top comprising two fabric layers including a first exterior fabric layer and a second interior fabric layer, the first exterior fabric layer having at least one aperture coupled with securing means holding the aperture closed when at rest, the aperture being able to be opened or closed interchangeably by active manipulation of the securing means, thus interchangeably revealing or concealing the second interior fabric layer.

The dynamic pullover top of claim 1 wherein the securing means comprises at least one magnet integrated into a first edge of the aperture and at least one magnet integrated into an opposing second edge of the aperture, the opposing polarity of the two magnets causing them to attract one another and thereby close the aperture when the magnets are not restrained from one another.
3 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 1 wherein the securing means comprises a hook and loop fastener assembly at the confluence of a first edge of the aperture and a second edge of the aperture.
4 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 2 wherein the second interior fabric layer is adorned with a visual design.
5 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 4 wherein the second interior fabric layer is comprised of a fabric having elastic qualities.

A dynamic pullover top to be worn by a user, the pullover top comprising at least one fabric layer having at least one aperture coupled with securing means holding the aperture closed when at rest, the aperture being able to be opened or closed interchangeably by active manipulation of the securing means.

The dynamic pullover top of claim 9 wherein the securing means comprises at least one magnet integrated into a first edge of the aperture and at least one magnet integrated into an opposing second edge of the aperture, the opposing polarity of the two magnets causing them to attract one another and thereby close the aperture when the magnets are not restrained from one another.
11 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 9 wherein the securing means comprises a hook and loop fastener assembly at the confluence of a first edge of the aperture and a second edge of the aperture.
12 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 9 further comprising a separate shirt worn beneath the single fabric layer of the pullover top, the shirt being exposed when securing means holding the aperture closed is actively disengaged by a user.

The dynamic pullover top of claim 12 wherein the securing means comprises at least one magnet integrated into a first edge of the aperture and at least one magnet integrated into an opposing second edge of the aperture, the opposing polarity of the two magnets causing them to attract one another and thereby close the aperture when the magnets are not restrained from one another.
14 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 6 wherein at least one aperture is located in such a way as to be over a user's sternum when the pullover is in use.
15 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 12 wherein at least one aperture is located in such a way as to be over a user's sternum when the pullover is in use.
16 . A dynamic pullover top to be worn by a user, the pullover top comprising—
a first exterior fabric layer;
at least one aperture in the first exterior fabric layer positioned in such a way as to be over a user's sternum when the pullover is in use;
a second interior fabric layer adorned with a visual design beneath the aperture in the first exterior fabric layer and constructed from a fabric having elastic qualities; and
securing means coupled with the aperture and integrated within the first exterior fabric layer at a first edge of the aperture and a second opposing edge of the aperture, the securing means comprising one or more pairs of magnets, each pair of magnets being drawn together by opposing polarities thus closing the aperture unless restrained from one another.
17 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 16 wherein the securing means comprises a plurality of pairs of magnets, each pair of magnets being drawn together by opposing polarities thus closing the aperture unless restrained from one another.
18 . The dynamic pullover top of claim 2 wherein the securing means comprises a plurality of magnets integrated into a first edge of the aperture and an equal number of magnets integrated into an opposing second edge of the aperture, the opposing polarity of the magnets causing them to attract one another and thereby close the aperture when the magnets are not restrained from one another.
