Battery storage module and mounting seat
Abstract
A mounting seat of a battery storage module can include a base seat, a blocking member coupled to the base seat, a pair of guiding rails coupled to the base seat, and a pair of conducting assemblies coupled to the blocking member. The base seat can include a bottom plate. The bottom plate can include at least one fixing portion at a first edge. The at least one fixing portion can be capable of engaging with the at least one mounting member to position a sliding base. The blocking member can be mounted at a second edge of the bottom plate opposite to the first edge. The pair of guiding rails fixed on opposite sides of the bottom plate. The pair of conducting assemblies can be capable of connecting a storage battery.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A mounting seat of a battery storage module, the mounting seat comprising:
a base seat comprising a bottom plate, the bottom plate comprising at least one fixing portion at a first edge, the at least one fixing portion is capable of engaging with the at least one mounting member to position a sliding base; a blocking member mounted at a second edge of the bottom plate opposite to the first edge; a pair of guiding rails fixed on opposite sides of the bottom plate; and a pair of conducting assemblies mounted on the blocking member and being capable of connecting a storage battery.
2 . The mounting seat of claim 1 , wherein the base seat further comprises a stopper mounted on the bottom plate adjacent to the blocking member, the stopper comprises a resisting surface deviating from the blocking member, and the resisting surface is configured to position a battery storage module.
3 . The mounting seat of claim 1 , wherein each of the pair of guiding rails comprises a protrusion bar arranged along an edge of the bottom plate, and a guiding member parallel to the protrusion bar, the protrusion bar and the guiding member cooperatively define a guiding groove along a length of the bottom plate.
4 . The mounting seat of claim 3 , wherein the guiding member comprises a main body, a bent portion, and an extending portion; the bent portion is bent from a distal end of the main body toward a side near a center of the bottom plate, the extending portion extends from an distal end of the bent portion away from the bottom plate perpendicularly.
5 . The mounting seat of claim 1 , wherein the blocking member defines two guiding holes at two ends thereof, each of the pair of conducting assemblies comprises a conducting post slidably mounted in each of the two guiding holes.
6 . The mounting seat of claim 5 , wherein the conducting post comprises a restricting portion, a conducting end and a connecting end; the conducting end and the connecting end are connected to opposite ends of the restricting portion, the restricting portion and the connecting end are located at a first side of the blocking member, the conducting end is located at a second side of the blocking member.
7 . The mounting seat of claim 6 , wherein each of the pair of conducting assemblies further comprises a resilient member; the resilient member is a spiral spring sleeved on the conducting post, and is contained between the blocking member and the conducting end of the conducting post.
8 . The mounting seat of claim 7 , wherein each of the pair of conducting assemblies comprises a restricting member sleeved on the conducting post; the restricting member is configured to engage with the restricting portion to prevent the conducting post from detaching from the two guiding holes.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
