10 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the cavity is shaped as a hand gun barrel and hand gun trigger housing.
11 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the front cover material comprises a plurality of holes at respective locations of the plurality of engaging snap portions.
12 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
an engaging snap portion holder that lies beneath a plurality of engaging snap portions and which rests on the surface of the front cover when the engaging snap portions are engaged with the receiving snap portions.
13 . An apparatus comprising:
a front cover comprising
a molded surface area that provides a cavity shaped as a hand gun barrel and a hand gun trigger housing; and
a rear cover comprising a plurality of receiving snap portions affixed to the front cover which together provide a housing for a hand gun, and
wherein each of the receiving snap portions comprises a screw and a receiving nut that is adjustable to increase or decrease a retention and a corresponding distance between the front cover and the rear cover.
14 . The apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the front cover is a different material than the rear cover.
15 . The apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the front cover material is a plastic and the rear cover material is an animal hide leather.
16 . The apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the plastic is form-fitted and rigid.
17 . The apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the rear cover has an elongated tab that is shorter in length and width than a main surface area of the rear cover, and wherein the elongated tab extends beyond a length of a main surface area portion of the front cover.
18 . The apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the front cover material comprises a plurality of holes at respective locations of the plurality of engaging snap portions.
19 . The apparatus of claim 18 , further comprising:
a plurality of spacers disposed between the plurality of screws and the plurality of receiving nuts to provide a predetermined distance.
20 . The apparatus of claim 13 , further comprising:
an engaging snap portion holder that lies beneath the plurality of engaging snap portions and which rests on the surface of the front cover when the engaging snap portions are engaged with respective receiving snap portions.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
