Tool positioning frame for socket bits
Abstract
A tool positioning frame for socket bits has a track disc and a suspension device. The track disc has a baseboard, multiple positioning racks, multiple positioning blocks and at least two mounting racks. The at least two mounting racks are respectively formed on and protrude from the baseboard, and each one of the at least two mounting racks has a mouth, two side openings and two searing blocks. The suspension device is detachably connected to the track disc and has multiple mounting sets, a suspension board and multiple holding rings. The mounting sets are movably mounted in the at least two mounting racks, and each one of the mounting sets has two half-blocks. The suspension board is mounted on the at least two mounting racks to cover the mouths and is connected to the mounting sets. The holding rings are respectively mounted between the suspension board and the mounting sets.
Claims

1 . A tool positioning frame for socket bits comprising:
a track disc having
a baseboard having
a top surface;
a bottom surface;
an upper end;
two opposite sides; and
multiple positioning racks formed on and protruding from the top surface of the baseboard at intervals;
multiple positioning blocks mounted slidably in the positioning racks of the track disc; and
at least two mounting racks formed on and protruding from the bottom surface of the baseboard at the opposite sides of the baseboard, and each one of the at least two mounting racks having
an upper end;
a lower end;
a top surface;
a mouth formed through the top surface of the mounting rack;
two side openings respectively formed through the upper end and the lower end of the mounting rack and communicating with the mouth of the mounting rack; and
two sealing blocks respectively mounted in the side openings of the mounting rack to seal the mounting rack; and
a suspension device detachably connected to the track disc and having
multiple mounting sets movably mounted in the at least two mounting racks of the track disc, selectively abutting one of the sealing blocks of the at least two mounting racks, and each one of the mounting sets having
two half-blocks, and each one of the half-blocks having
a base movably mounted in a corresponding mounting rack and having
an inner side; and
an abutting face formed on the inner side of the base and selectively abutting the abutting face of the base of the other half-block of the mounting set;
a mounting protrusion formed on and protruding upwardly from the inner side of the base and selectively abutting the mounting protrusion of the other half-block of the mounting set and having a free end; and
a limiting tab transversally formed on and protruding from the free end of the mounting protrusion;
a suspension board mounted on the at least two mounting racks to cover the mouths of the at least two mounting racks, the suspension board connected to the mounting sets and having
an inner side, facing the at least two mounting racks;
an outer side;
an operation manual mounted on the outer side of the suspension board;
an upper end;
multiple mounting holes formed through the inner side and the outer side of the suspension board such that the suspension board is mounted around the mounting protrusions of the mounting sets via the limiting tabs of the mounting sets; and
multiple holding rings respectively mounted around the mounting protrusions of the mounting sets via the limiting tabs of the mounting sets and abutting the outer side of the suspension board and the limiting tabs of the mounting sets.
2 . The tool positioning frame as claimed in claim , wherein
each one of the at least two mounting racks has a width; the mouth of each one of the at least two mounting racks has a width narrower than the width of the corresponding mounting rack; and the base of each one of the two half-blocks has a length, and the total lengths of the bases of the two half-blocks of the mounting set are shorter than the width of the corresponding mounting rack and are longer than the width of the mouth of the corresponding mounting rack.
3 . The tool positioning frame as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the abutting faces of the half-blocks of each one of the mounting sets abut each other in the corresponding mounting rack, and the limiting tabs of the half-blocks of the corresponding mounting set face to each other at an interval.
4 . The tool positioning frame as claimed in claim 3 , Wherein an interval is formed between the limiting tabs of the half-blocks of each one of the mounting sets when the abutting faces of the corresponding half-blocks abut each other in the corresponding mounting rack.
5 . The tool positioning frame as claimed in claim 4 , wherein
the baseboard has a length; each one of the positioning racks has a length equal o the length of the baseboard; each one of the at east two mounting racks has a length equal to the length of the baseboard; the suspension board has
a length longer than the length of the baseboard to enable the upper end of the suspension board to extend out of the upper end of the baseboard; and
a hanging hole formed through the inner side and the outer side of the suspension board near the upper end of the suspension board.
6 . The tool positioning frame as claimed in claim 5 , wherein
the mounting protrusions of the half-blocks of each one of the mounting sets are semi-cylindrical; and the limiting tabs of the half-blocks of each one of the mounting sets are semicircular.
7 . The tool positioning frame as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an interval is formed between the limiting tabs of the half-blocks of each one of the mounting sets when the abutting faces of the corresponding half-blocks abut each other in the corresponding mounting rack.
8 . The tool positioning frame as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the baseboard has a length; each one of the positioning racks has a length equal to the length of he baseboard; each one of the at least two mounting racks has a length equal to the length of the baseboard; and the suspension board has
a length longer than the length of the baseboard to enable the upper end of the suspension board to extend out of the upper end of the baseboard; and
a hanging hole formed through the inner side and the outer side of the suspension board near the upper end of the suspension board.
9 . The tool positioning frame as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the mounting protrusions of the half-blocks of each one of the mounting sets are semi-cylindrical; and the limiting tabs of the half-blocks of each one of the mounting sets are semicircular.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
