 a single sheet of material comprising a main fold line, the main fold line defining a first section and a second section; the first section comprising:
 a first fold line spaced inwardly and parallel to a first edge of the first section;
 a second fold line spaced inwardly and parallel to a second edge of the first section;
 a third fold line spaced inwardly and parallel to a third edge of the first section;
 a first plurality of separating perforations perpendicular to the main fold line; and
 a second plurality of separating perforations parallel to the main fold line, the first plurality of separating perforations and the second plurality of separating perforations defining a seperable card.

         14 . The envelope of claim 13 , wherein the first plurality of separating perforations comprise at least a portion of at least one of the first fold line and the second fold line.

         15 . The envelope of claim 13 , wherein the second plurality of separating perforations comprise at least a portion of at least one of the main fold line and the second fold line.

         16 . The envelope of claim 13 , wherein the first plurality of separating perforations and the second plurality of separating perforations define two or more separable cards.

         17 . The envelope of claim 13 , wherein at least one of the first fold line, the second fold line, and the third fold line is a separating perforation.
