Claims

Abstract

A drain device includes a tube set, a transmission, a stopper and a driver. The transmission is disposed in a main tube and an isolating inner tube, and extended from the front end of the isolating inner tube to the front end of the main tube. The stopper is mounted to a front end of the transmission, and adapted to close or open a water feeding inlet. The driver is disposed in the isolating inner tube, and mechanically connected to the transmission, whereby after the driver receives an electronic control signal, the driver drives the stopper to move downward or upward via the transmission, and there is a sealing effect or a gap between the stopper and the annular plate.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A drain device, comprising:
 a tube set comprising:
 a main tube having a front end and a rear end, wherein the front end defines a water feeding inlet; 
 an isolating inner tube having a front end and a rear end, wherein the front end of the isolating inner tube is mounted to the rear end of the main tube; 
 a draining outer tube having a front end and a rear end, wherein the front end of the draining outer tube is mounted to the rear end of the main tube; and 
 a conduit having a front end, wherein the front end of the conduit is mounted to the rear end of the draining outer tube; and 
   a transmission disposed in the main tube and the isolating inner tube, and extended from the front end of the isolating inner tube to the front end of the main tube;   a stopper mounted to a front end of the transmission, and adapted to close or open the water feeding inlet; and   a driver disposed in the isolating inner tube, and mechanically connected to the transmission, whereby after the driver receives an electronic control signal, the driver drives the stopper to move downward or upward via the transmission, and there is a sealing effect or a gap between the stopper and the annular plate.   
     
     
         2 . The drain device according to  claim 1 , wherein the main tube surrounds the transmission, there is a first flow channel defined between a wall of the main tube and the transmission, the draining outer tube surrounds the isolating inner tube, there is a second flow channel defined between a wall of the draining outer tube and a wall of the isolating inner tube, and the water feeding inlet is communicated with the first flow channel, the second flow channel and the conduit in sequence. 
     
     
         3 . The drain device according to  claim 1 , wherein the transmission comprises:
 an extended rod having a front end and a rear end, wherein the stopper is mounted to the front end of the extended rod; and   a shaft assembly mounted to the rear end of the extended rod, wherein the driver is mechanically connected to the shaft assembly.   
     
     
         4 . The drain device according to  claim 3 , wherein the shaft assembly is adapted to transform a rotary motion of the driver to a linear motion of the transmission. 
     
     
         5 . The drain device according to  claim 1 , wherein the driver comprises a motor, a conductive line and a rubber cover, the isolating inner tube comprises a through hole, the draining outer tube comprises a through hole, and the rubber cover is disposed in the through holes of the isolating inner tube and the draining outer tube, whereby the motor is electrically connected to an external power source by passing the conductive line through the rubber cover. 
     
     
         6 . The drain device according to  claim 1 , further comprising an annular plate, wherein the annular plate is mounted to the front end of the main tube, and the water feeding inlet passes through annular plate. 
     
     
         7 . The drain device according to  claim 6 , wherein the annular plate and the main tube are integrally made. 
     
     
         8 . The drain device according to  claim 1 , wherein the main tube comprises a strainer sheet, which is disposed at the front end of the main tube for filtering various substances which enter the water feeding inlet. 
     
     
         9 . The drain device according to  claim 6 , wherein the main tube comprises a strainer sheet, which is disposed at the front end of the main tube for filtering various substances which enter the water feeding inlet. 
     
     
         10 . An electronic control type drain system, comprising:
 a drain device of  claim 1 ;   a container comprising a drainage outlet, which is communicated with the water feeding inlet of the drain device;   a sensor adapted to sense an external signal; and   a control circuit board adapted to generate an electronic control signal according to the external signal sensed by the sensor, wherein the electronic control signal is transferred to the driver of the drain device.   
     
     
         11 . The electronic control type drain system according to  claim 10 , wherein simultaneously the sensor and the control circuit board also are a sensor and a control circuit board for feeding water to the container. 
     
     
         12 . An electronic control type drain system, comprising:
 a drain device of  claim 6 ;   a container comprising a drainage outlet, which is communicated with the water feeding inlet of the drain device;   a sensor adapted to sense an external signal; and   a control circuit board adapted to generate an electronic control signal according to the external signal sensed by the sensor, wherein the electronic control signal is transferred to the driver of the drain device.   
     
     
         13 . The electronic control type drain system according to  claim 12 , wherein simultaneously the sensor and the control circuit board also are a sensor and a control circuit board for feeding water to the container. 
     
     
         14 . The electronic control type drain system according to  claim 12 , wherein when a hand of a user is near to the sensor, the electronic control signal is an open signal, whereby there is a gap between the stopper and the annular plate. 
     
     
         15 . The electronic control type drain system according to  claim 14 , wherein when the hand of the user is far away the sensor for a predetermined time, the electronic control signal is a closed signal, whereby there is sealing effect between the stopper and the annular plate.
