Combination pharmaceutical composition and methods of treating diseases or conditions associated with respiratory disease or condition

Abstract

The present invention is concerned with a combination pharmaceutical composition comprising a) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to bradykinin, b) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to histamine and c) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to morphine and method for treating and preventing upper respiratory tract conditions or disorders and the symptoms associated therewith by administration of the combination composition.

         12 . A method of treating a respiratory disease or condition, said method comprising administering to a patient in need thereof, substantially at the same time a) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to bradykinin, b) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to histamine and c) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to morphine. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein said activated-potentiated forms of antibodies are administered in the form of a combination pharmaceutical composition. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein said respiratory disease or condition is acute. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein said respiratory disease or condition is chronic. 
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein said respiratory disease or condition is respiratory infection. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 16 , wherein said respiratory infection is viral respiratory infection. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein said combination pharmaceutical composition is administered in one to two unit dosage forms, each of the dosage form being administered from once daily to four times daily. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein said combination pharmaceutical composition is administered in one to two unit dosage forms, each of the dosage form being administered twice daily. 
     
     
         20 . A method of treating a patient suffering from symptoms of upper respiratory tract disorder or condition, said method comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a combination pharmaceutical composition which comprises a) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to bradykinin, b) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to histamine and c) an activated-potentiated form of an antibody to morphine. 
     
     
         21 . The method of  claim 20 , wherein said symptom of respiratory tract disorder or condition is cough. 
     
     
         22 . The method of  claim 21 , wherein cough is reduced as measured by the cough intensity scale. 
     
     
         23 . The method of  claim 21 , wherein the combination pharmaceutical composition is administered in one to two unit dosage forms, each of the dosage form being administered from once daily to four times daily. 
     
     
         24 . The method of  claim 21  wherein the combination pharmaceutical composition is administered in one to two unit dosage forms, each of the dosage form being administered twice daily.
