Collectable Coffee Bags and the Method of Making the Same

Abstract

A collectable coffee bag comprising a front panel, a back panel, a first side panel arranged between said front panel and said back panel. The collectable bag also comprising a second side panel arranged between the front panel and the back panel. The collectable bag having an image of a predetermined person arranged on the front panel and a predetermined identifying feature associated with the predetermined person arranged on the back panel. The collectable coffee bag also having a limited edition area arranged on a first side panel of the collectable coffee bag and a signature area arranged on the second side panel of the collectable coffee bag. The collectable coffee bag having a predetermined coffee blend, or roast arranged therein wherein the blended roast is associated with a predetermined person depicted on the collectable coffee bag.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A collectable coffee bag, said bag comprising:
 a front panel;   a back panel;   a first side panel arranged between said front panel and said back panel;   a second side panel arranged between said front panel and said back panel;   an image of a predetermined person arranged on one of said front panel, said back panel, said first side panel, or said second side panel;   a predetermined identifying feature associated with said person arranged on one of said front panel, said back panel, said first side panel, or second side panel;   a limited edition area arranged on one of said front panel, said back panel, said first side panel, or second side panel; and   a signature area arranged on one of said front panel, said back panel, said first side panel, or said second side panel.   
     
     
         2 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  wherein said predetermined person is a real or imaginary famous person, team or athlete and said image is a picture or drawing, 
     
     
         3 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  further comprising a logo associated with said predetermined person arranged on said front panel. 
     
     
         4 . The coffee bag of  claim 3  wherein said logo is an individual, team, association, league or 
     
     
         5 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  wherein said predetermined identifying feature is a number worn by or equipment used by said predetermined person. 
     
     
         6 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  further comprising a second image of said predetermined person arranged on said back panel. 
     
     
         7 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  further comprising a signature of said predetermined person printed on said back panel. 
     
     
         8 . The coffee bag of  claim 7  wherein said signature is arranged near said identifying feature. 
     
     
         9 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  further comprising a story or write up relating to said predetermined person or maker of the coffee bag. 
     
     
         10 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  wherein said limited edition area having an identification of how many total collectable coffee bags were made and a special number for the collectable coffee bag in said total. 
     
     
         11 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  further comprising a listing of exclusive ingredients of a coffee arranged in the collectable coffee bag. 
     
     
         12 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  wherein said signature area allows for an individualized signature or autograph to occur directly on the collectable coffee bag, said signature area is arranged on said first side panel or said second side panel. 
     
     
         13 . The coffee bag of  claim 12  wherein said signature area having a generally rectangular shape and a light color in order to be receptive to any color ink. 
     
     
         14 . The coffee bag of  claim 1  further comprising a predetermined color or colors associated with said predetermined person as an individual or a team said predetermined person is associated with, 
     
     
         15 . A method of making a collectable coffee bag holding a specialized coffee therein, said method comprising the steps of:
 selecting a famous person or entity to be associated with the specialized coffee;   choosing the specialized coffee;   printing predetermined information relating to said famous person or entity on the outer surface of a front panel, a back panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel of the collectable coffee bag;   forming the collectable coffee bag into a final shape; and   filling the collectable coffee bag with the specialized coffee.   
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 15  wherein said step of printing arranges an image of said famous person or entity on said front panel. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 15  wherein said step of printing arranges an identifying feature associated with said famous person or entity on said back panel, 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 15  wherein said step of printing arranges a limited edition area on said first side panel. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 15  wherein said step of printing arranges a signature area on said first side panel or said second side panel, 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 15  wherein said step of printing applies to said panels a predetermined color or colors associated with said famous person or entity.
