Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a solid dispersion containing enzalutamide and a polymer selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate, wherein the polymer is 0.5 to 7 parts by weight, with respect to 1 part by weight of the enzalutamide.

. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein the enzalutamide is an amorphous state.

. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2 , wherein the polymer is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate.

. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 3 , which is a tablet.

. A method of treating prostate cancer, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a pharmaceutical composition comprising a solid dispersion containing enzalutamide and a polymer selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate, wherein the polymer is 0.5 to 7 parts by weight, with respect to 1 part by weight of the enzalutamide.

. The method of claim 5 , wherein the enzalutamide is in an amorphous state.

. The method of claim 6 , wherein the polymer is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acetate succinate.

. The method of claim 7 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a tablet.
