Abstract
Described herein are methods and compositions comprising a covalent TEC family kinase inhibitor for use in adjuvant therapy, including adjuvant cancer therapy, vaccination and treatment of immune disorders and pathogenic infections.

34 . A method for treating a patient having a relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia, comprising administering to the patient a Btk inhibitor and a Bcl-2 inhibitor.
35 . The method of claim 34 wherein the Btk inhibitor is ibrutinib.
36 . The method of claim 35 wherein ibrutinib is administered at a dosage of about 40 mg/day to about 1000 mg/day.
37 . The method of claim 34 wherein the patient has deletion in 17p.
