Abstract

An apparatus, system and method for a neural engine for recommending picks in an on-line fantasy sport draft and in on-line fantasy trades. The apparatus, system and method may include at least one computing memory having associated therewith a plurality of rules, wherein at least ones of the plurality of rules include historical performance information for at least two fantasy sports teams in at least two fantasy sports leagues, wherein one of the at least two fantasy sports leagues is associated with the on-line fantasy sports draft, and expert information regarding the picks in the on-line fantasy sports draft. The present invention may additionally include at least one computer processor that applies ones of the plurality of rules drawn from the at least one computing memory to arrive at a recommendation.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A fantasy sports trade evaluation engine, comprising:
at least one computing memory having associated therewith a rules engine, wherein at least a plurality of rules included in the rules engine comprises: historical tendencies for at least two fantasy sports teams in at least two fantasy sports leagues, and historical performance of the at least two fantasy sports team; historical expert information regarding players for each of the at least two fantasy sports teams, wherein said historical tendencies and historical performance of the at least one other fantasy sports team are compared by the rules engine against said historical expert information to rate a prospective trade of players between at least two of the at least two fantasy sports teams as favorable, unfavorable, likely, or unlikely, based on an at least partially non-statistical historical tendencies of the at least two fantasy teams, and based on the quality of the at least two prospective trading teams as at least partially indicated by the historical performance; at least one computer processor the applies the plurality of rules drawn from said at least one computing memory to provide the rating of the prospective trade; and at least one computing interface that accesses the at least one computer processor, in accordance with at least one of the plurality of rules, and that allows for at least one of offering, reviewing, or accepting the rated prospective trade.

2 . A fantasy sports trade partner rating engine, comprising:
at least one computing memory having associated therewith a rules engine, wherein at least a plurality of rules included in the rules engine comprise: historical tendencies for at least two fantasy sports teams in at least two fantasy sports leagues, historical performance of the at least two fantasy sports teams, needs of one of the at least two fantasy sports teams, and surpluses of one of the at least two fantasy sports teams; expert information regarding the likely differential between performance of the at least two fantasy sports teams should a trade occur between them, wherein said historical tendencies for at least two fantasy sports teams in at least two fantasy sports leagues, historical performance of the at least two fantasy sports teams, needs of one of the at least two fantasy sports teams, and surpluses of one of the at least two fantasy sports teams are compared by the rules engine against said expert information to rate or recommend a prospective trade of players between the at least two fantasy sports teams, based at least partially on non-statistical historical tendencies of the at least two fantasy teams; at least one computer processor that applies the plurality of rules drawn from said at least one computing memory to provide the rating or the recommendation; and at least one computing interface that accesses the at least one computer processor, in accordance with at least one of the plurality of rules, and that allows for at least one of offering, reviewing, or accepting a prospective trade.
