Outdoor unit of refrigeration apparatus

Abstract

An outdoor unit of a refrigeration apparatus includes an aluminum or aluminum alloy heat exchanger, an aluminum or aluminum alloy bracket having a fixing portion and a securing portion attached directly to the heat exchanger, a non-aluminum side panel having an opening portion with the fixing portion of the bracket passing through the opening, and a nonmetal component interposed between the bracket and the side panel to form a predetermined space between the bracket and the side panel. The side panel is fixed to the fixing portion of the bracket disposed through the opening portion.

1 . An outdoor unit of a refrigeration apparatus comprising:
 a heat exchanger constructed of aluminum or aluminum alloy;   a bracket constructed of aluminum or aluminum alloy, the bracket including a fixing portion and a securing portion attached directly to the heat exchanger;   a side panel constructed of a non-aluminum metal, the side panel having an opening portion with the fixing portion of the bracket passing therethrough, the side panel being fixed to the fixing portion of the bracket disposed through the opening portion; and   a non-metal component interposed between the aluminum or aluminum alto bracket and the non-aluminum side panel to form a predetermined space between the aluminum or aluminum alloy bracket and the non-aluminum side panel.   
     
     
         2 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the non-metal component has first space maintaining portion disposed around the bracket in order to create a clearance between the opening portion of the side panel and the bracket.   
     
     
         3 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 2 , further comprising
 an anchoring part constructed of a non-aluminum metal, the anchoring part fastening the non-metal component to the side panel in a state in which the fixing portion of the bracket is inserted into the non-metal component.   
     
     
         4 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 3 , wherein
 a through hole larger than the anchoring part is formed in the fixing portion of the bracket, and   the anchoring part passes through the through hole in a way such that the anchoring part
 does not contact the bracket and 
 fastens the non-metal component to the side panel. 
   
     
     
         5 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 3 , further comprising
 an anchored structure constructed of a non-aluminum metal,   a through hole larger than the anchoring part being formed in the fixing portion of the bracket, and   the anchored structure fastening, in cooperation with the anchoring part passing through the through hole in a way such that the anchoring part does not contact the bracket, the fixing portion of the bracket to the side panel via the non-metal component.   
     
     
         6 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the side panel has
 a first bent surface bent in a way such that the first bent surface extends in a direction intersecting a side surface of the side panel as seen in a plan view and in which the opening portion is formed, and 
 a second bent surface bent in a way such that the second bent surface extends in a direction intersecting the first bent surface, and 
   the non-metal component is fastened to the second bent surface by the anchoring part.   
     
     
         7 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 6 , further comprising
 a front panel constructed of a non-aluminum metal, the front panel having a bent end surface covering the second bent surface of the side panel,   the non-metal component further having a second space maintaining portion interposed between the bent end surface and the fixing portion of the bracket.   
     
     
         8 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to claim wherein
 the side panel has
 a first bent surface bent in a way such that the first bent surface extends in a direction intersecting a side surface of the side panel as seen in a plan view and in which the opening portion is formed, and 
 a second bent surface bent in a way such that the second bent surface extends in a direction intersecting the first bent surface, and 
   the on-metal component is fastened to the second bent surface by the anchoring part.   
     
     
         9 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 8 , further comprising
 a front panel constructed of a non-aluminum metal, the front panel having a bent end surface covering the second bent surface of the side panel,   the non-metal component further having a second space maintaining portion interposed between the bent end surface and the fixing portion of the bracket.   
     
     
         10 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the side panel has
 a first bent surface bent in a way such that the first bent surface extends in a direction intersecting a side surface of the side panel as seen in a plan view and in which the opening portion is formed, and 
 a second bent surface bent in a way such that the second bent surface extends in a direction intersecting the first bent surface, and 
   the non-metal component is fastened to the second bent surface by the anchoring part.   
     
     
         11 . The outdoor unit of the refrigeration apparatus according to  claim 10 , further comprising
 a front panel constructed of a non-aluminum metal, the front panel having a bent end surface covering the second bent surface of the side panel,   the non-metal component further having a second space maintaining portion interposed between the bent end surface and the fixing portion of the bracket.
