Abstract

The Fridge/Freezer Miser is a new device that allows the refrigerator or freezer that will run about half the time of normal and maintain food freshness while saving from 50% to almost 70% on the monthly electric bill.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . The device has a pre-programmable ability to allow  3  specific time settings to allow the refrigerator or freezer run about half the amount of time of normal running time by cutting the flow of electricity at certain times of the day. 
     
     
         2 . The device allows for constant food freshness temperatures while allowing the refrigerator or freezer to run about half the amount of time saving energy on the monthly bill cycle. 
     
     
         3 . The device allows the consumer to set the main switch to the desired setting for the consumer.
