Abstract
The present invention generally pertains to a bath enclosure for infants or pets. More particularly, the present invention relates to an infant or pet bathtub safety system. The system is comprised of a bathtub safety assembly comprised of front, back and side walls that create an enclosed space to secure the child or pet, along with a stand. The system allows a disassembled configuration of the bathtub safety assembly to be stored into a stand.

1 . A bathtub safety system comprising:
a bathtub safety assembly comprising
a back wall having connecting means and the back wall providing a first perimeter,
a pair of side walls having receiving means with each side walls connected to the back wall and the pair of side walls providing a second and third perimeter, and
a front wall having receiving means with the front wall connected to the pair of said walls and the front wall providing a fourth perimeter creating an enclosed space in combination with the first, second and third perimeter; and
a stand for storing the bathtub safety assembly.
2 . The bathtub safety assembly of claim 1 wherein the connecting means of the back wall is further comprised of protruding arms and cavities.
3 . The bathtub safety assembly of claim 1 wherein the receiving means of the pair of side walls is further comprised of hooks.
4 . The bathtub safety assembly of claim 1 wherein the pair of side walls are further comprised of arm extensions.
5 . The bathtub safety assembly of claim 1 wherein the receiving means of the front wall is further comprised of downward facing hooks.
6 . The bathtub safety assembly of claim 1 further comprised of a base portion comprised of an extension to connect to the back wall.
7 . The bathtub safety assembly of claim 1 further comprised of a friction floor mat connected to the back wall.
8 . The bathtub safety assembly of claim 1 wherein the back wall and pair of side walls are further comprised of apertures.
9 . The bathtub safety assembly of claim 1 wherein the back wall is further comprised of an upper and lower portion.
10 . A kit for a bathtub safety system comprising:
