1 . A method for playing a combination card and dice wagering game consisting of:
A. a playing surface;
a) Said playing surface being divided into a first plurality of generally semicircular shaped areas extending outwardly from a centrally disposed apex,
b) Said first area having a semicircular shape surrounding the apex and limited inward by the inner edge of the table and outwardly by a semicircle concentric with the inner edge of the table spaced in the radial direction approximately, but not limited to, eight (8) inches. Indicia placed thereon will indicate the area reserved for the dealer.
c) Said second area extending outwardly from the outer limit of the said first area (dealer area) and being divided into a first plurality of pie shaped areas reserved for each player, with
i) Indicia placed thereon indicating an area reserved for a player,
ii) Indicia placed thereon indicating a location for placing the point cards accumulated by the player, and
iii) Indicia located thereon indicating area to place the cards drawn by the dealer for whom indicia in the pie shaped area indicates reserved for the player.
d) Said third area extending outwardly from the outward limit of the second area (pie shaped players areas) to the outer edge of the table with indicia depicting “COBE Games” name placed thereon indicating this said area is reserved for rolling the die.
B. a six-faced die with indicia on each face of the point value depicted by three equal numbers on each face. The point value on each face of the die ranges from one ( 1 ) to five ( 5 ) matching the point number range of the play cards. The sixth face will depict the “$” sign. C. At least one deck of Cards totalizing fifty six (56) cards with fifty (50) cards with indicia of their point value of each card depicted by five equal numbers at five places on the face of the card.
The distribution of the point value of each of the sixty two cards is:
i) ten (10) cards depicting their point value by the number one (1);
ii) ten (10) cards depicting their point value by the number two (2);
iii) ten (10) cards depicting their point value by the number three (3);
iv) ten (10) cards depicting their point value by the number four (4);
v) ten (10) depicting their point value by the number five (5).
vi) six (6) cards with indicia depicting the symbol “$”.
D) A plurality of cards with indicia of the points accumulated by each player after each round of play. The dealer will have cards with numbers from 1 to 25 to adjudicate points to each player after the players complete one round. The dealer will insert into a designated space a card for each player at the conclusion of each round corresponding to the number of points accumulated by each player at the conclusion of the round. E) A plurality of chips each one with the value of the standard bet as established for the particular table of playing
2 . A combination wagering card and dice game according to claim 1 , further including a chip area disposed proximate to the outward edge of the table defined by a tray with an inner edge approximate but not limited to four inches distance from the outer edge of the table. The trays are oriented facing the pie sections corresponding to the player's pie sections in the inward player's areas. These trays are for each player to keep their betting chips that are not in play but available to be used in future rounds of play.
3 . The method of playing a wagering card and dice game known as “COBE” comprising the following:
A. A playing surface:
a) Said playing surface being divided into a first plurality of generally semicircular shaped areas extending outwardly from a centrally disposed apex,
b) Said first area having a semicircular shape surrounding the apex and limited inward by the inner edge of the table and outwardly by a semicircle concentric with the inner edge of the table spaced approximately, but not limited to, eight (8) inches. Indicia placed thereon will indicate the area reserved for the dealer,
c) Said second area extending outwardly from the outer limit of the said forth first area (dealer area) and being divided into a first plurality of pie shaped areas reserved for each player with
i) Indicia placed thereon indicating an area reserved for a player,
ii) Indicia placed thereon indicating a location for placing the point cards accumulated by the player, and
iii) Indicia located thereon indicating area to place the cards drawn by the dealer for whom indicia in the pie shaped area indicates reserved for the player.
d) Said third area extending outwardly from the outward limit of the set forth second area (pie shaped players areas) to the outer edge of the table. Indicia placed thereon will indicate this said area reserved for rolling the dice.
B. A six faced die with indicia on each face of the point value depicted by three equal numbers on each face. The point value on each face of the dice ranges from one (1) to five (5) matching the point number range of the play cards. The sixth face will depict the “$” sign.
C. At least one deck of Cards having a plurality of cards totalizing fifty six (56) cards with fifty (50) cards with indicia of their point value of each card depicted by five equal numbers at five places on the face of the card. The distribution of the point value of each of the sixty two cards is:
i) ten (10) cards depicting their point value by the number one (1);
ii) ten (10) cards depicting their point value by the number two (2);
iii) ten (10) cards depicting their point value by the number three (3);
iv) ten (10) cards depicting their point value by the number four (4);
v) ten (10) depicting their point value by the number five (5).
vi) six (6) cards with indicia depicting the symbol “$”.
D) A plurality of cards with indicia of the points accumulated by each player after each play.

4 . A method of playing the game consisting in:
i) Providing a dealer that inquires the player closer to the left of the dealer (player Number 1) for the player's desire to participate in the initial draw of a single card or initial roll of the die one single time ii) A method to permit the player to start the game by making a choice to draw a single card or roll the die a single time.
5 . A method if thereon indicated a choice for the initial drawing of a single card produces:
i) An entitlement for the player of a number of consecutive rolls of the dice matching the value of the numeral on the card, or; ii) A symbol “$” indicating an entitlement for the player to roll the die one time.
6 . A method if thereon indicated a choice for an initial single roll of the die produces:
i) An entitlement for the player to draw a number of cards with said number of cards matching the value of the numeral on the up face of the die once it stops, or; ii) A symbol “$” indicating an entitlement for the player to draw a single card.
7 . A method for continuing the game once the initial single drawing of a card or single roll of the die which conversely entitles the player to roll the die or draw cards with the following results:
i) A numeral will entitle the player to roll the die a number of times or draw a number of cards matching the numeral resulting from the initial single draw of the card or initial single roll of the die, ii) If the result from the single draw or single roll is the symbol “$” which entitles the player to a further action of drawing one card or rolling the die a single time.
8 . A method for permitting the player pursuing the execution of further game actions derived from the entitlement originated on the initial draw of a card or initial roll of the die which results in an accumulation of points, as follows:
i) If the initial draw of a card or roll of the die produces the symbol “$”, and the following action of either rolling the die or drawing a card results in the symbol “$”, the player is awarded twenty-five (25) points. Drawing other than the symbol “$” will result in awarding zero (“0”) points. ii) If the initial draw of a card or roll of the die produces a numeral, it entitles the player to conversely roll the die as many times as the numeral shown in the previously drawn card; or draw as many cards as the numeral on the face of the die. The players will be awarded as many points as the sum as the numerals shown on the upward face of the die after a number of rolls matching the numeral on the face of the card or; conversely the points awarded would be the sum of the numerals shown on the face of each of the cards drawn in a quantity matching the number on the face of the die, iii) If during execution of the actions described in claim 8 (ii) the rolling of the die or drawing of a card results in the symbol “$”, this will add zero (“0”) points to the sum of the numbers on the face of the die resulting from a single or plurality of rolls; or will add zero (“0”) points to the sum of the numbers on the face of the cards resulting from a single or plurality draw of cards.
9 . A method to record the points obtained by a player after the completion of the player executing the entitlement derived from the initial draw of the card or roll of the die, by having the dealer draw a point card matching the number of points totaled by the player at the completion of the round as described in claim 8 and placing said point card(s) into the empty slot in the player's reserved area.
10 . A method to continue the game by having the dealer:
i) Invite the player next to the left of the player that completed the round to choose either to roll the die or draw a card. ii) By inviting the plurality of players at the table in clockwise order to repeat as stated in claims 3 through 9 using the same rules as stated in claims 3 through 9 until all players in consecutive order complete one round of playing. iii) A method for the dealer who, after completion of one round of playing, awards the winnings to the player with the highest number of points.
11 . A method for determining by the dealer the amount of the award to the winning player by collecting an established percentage (%) of the total wages and adjudicating to the winning player an award equal to the total wages minus the percentage claimed by the dealer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
