Spool Thread Organizer
Abstract
The present invention describes a thread spool holder. The device comprises a wall-mountable frame with a series of support shelves positioned horizontally across the frame. The support shelves are upwardly angled in relation to the back wall of the device, thereby enabling the spool to be held thereon. A user can place the spools onto the shelving in an end-to-end configuration for storage and can arrange the colors in a manner that enables the user to quickly locate a desired spool. The present invention provides an organized, accessible way to store thread, and allows the user to view the entire thread collection at once.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A sewing spool holder comprising:
a back wall, side walls, and a plurality of panels configured for placement between said side walls and back wall; whereby said panels comprise a series of vertically separated and angularly extending shelves; and whereby said shelves are adapted to support a plurality of sewing thread spools therealong in an end-to-end orientation.
2 . The sewing spool holder of claim 1 , wherein said panels comprise fasteners configured for securing adjacent panels together.
3 . The sewing spool holder of claim 1 , wherein said panels comprise fasteners configured for securing said panel against said back wall.
4 . The sewing spool holder of claim 1 , wherein said back wall comprises identifying indicia.
5 . The sewing spool holder of claim 1 , wherein said back wall comprises a backside surface fastener configured for suspending said back wall.
6 . A sewing thread spool holder comprising:
a back wall, a pair of horizontal side walls, and a pair vertical side walls, said vertical side walls extend outward from said back wall; said vertical side walls comprise an interior surface, each interior surface having a plurality of holes spaced therealong, whereby said holes of each interior surface are vertically aligned with each other; a plurality of support bars between said interior surfaces of said vertical side walls, said support bars adapted to be insertable within said holes at the ends of said support bars; whereby said holes are offset along said interior surfaces from said back wall; and whereby said back wall and support bars are adapted to support a plurality of sewing thread spools therebetween in an end-to-end orientation.
7 . The sewing thread holder of claim 6 , whereby the distance between the back wall and said holes is less than the diameter of sewing thread spools.
8 . The sewing thread holder of claim 6 , whereby said support bars are removable.
9 . The sewing thread holder of claim 6 , whereby said back wall comprises identifying indicia.
10 . The sewing thread holder of claim 6 , whereby said device comprises brackets that enable the said back wall to be suspended on a wall.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
