Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A method for operating a distributive on demand tasking system, comprising:
 a) receiving distributive on demand task information via processor, the distributive on demand task information including details for completing a distributive on demand task at a particular geographic location; b) analyzing the distributive on demand task information via processor to create a distributive on demand task ticket containing a plurality of fields containing distributive on demand task ticket information; c) assigning the distributive on demand task via processor to a service provider for completion; d) receiving verification information from the service provider via processor, the verification information including a message sent by service provider including geo-coordinates of the service provider; e) analyzing the verification information via processor to determine if the geo-coordinates relate to the geographic location; and f) verifying completion of the task via processor if the geo-coordinates in the verification information relate to the geographic location.

2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising authorizing payment to the service provider after verifying completion of the task via processor.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the verification information includes a digital image associated with geo-coordinates.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the distributive on demand tasking system parses the verification information in order to make sure the proper information has been provided.

5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the distributive on demand tasking system determines whether an image is included in the message, and whether the image contains EXIF data.

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the distributive on demand tasking system sends an error message to the service provider indicating that the verification information did not contain required information.

7 . A method for managing payments within a distributive on demand administrative tasking system, comprising:
 a) receiving payment information via processor from a first party, the payment information relating to a payment to be received by a bank account associated with an administrator of the distributive on demand administrative tasking system from a second party in order to issue payment to a third party; b) receiving funds transfer information relating to the bank account associated with the administrator of the distributive on demand administrative tasking system; c) analyzing the funds transfer information to identify an amount of funds transferred into the bank account associated with the administrator of the distributive on demand administrative tasking system; and d) comparing the funds transfer information to the payment information to determine if the amount of funds transferred into the bank account associated with the administrator of the distributive on demand administrative tasking system is sufficient to permit issuance of payment to the third party.

         8 . The method of claim 7 , wherein:
 a) the amount of funds transferred into the bank account associated with the administrator of the distributive on demand administrative tasking system is insufficient to permit issuance of payment to the third party; and b) the method further includes:
 (i) generating a distributive on demand administrative task ticket including a request to resolve the insufficiency of funds; and
(ii) posting the distributive on demand administrative task in a queue visible to at least one service provider.

9 . The method of claim 7 , wherein the payment information includes a key word that, when parsed and detected, causes the distributive on demand administrative tasking system to interrogate a bank account server associated with the bank account in order to obtain the funds transfer information.

10 . The method of claim 7 , wherein the distributive on demand administrative tasking system interrogates the bank account server periodically until it obtains the funds transfer information.

11 . A method for managing payments within a distributive on demand administrative tasking system, comprising:
 a) receiving distributive on demand administrative task payment information via processor from a first party, the distributive on demand administrative task payment information relating to funds to be received by a bank account associated with an administrator of the distributive on demand administrative tasking system from a second party for issuing a payment in a first amount to a third party; b) analyzing the distributive on demand administrative task payment information via processor to create a first distributive on demand administrative task ticket containing a plurality of fields containing distributive on demand administrative task ticket information relating to the payment; c) receiving funds transfer information relating to the account associated with the administrator of the distributive on demand administrative tasking system; d) generating a second distributive on demand administrative task ticket, the second distributive on demand administrative task ticket including a request to determine if the funds transfer information describes a funds transfer that satisfies the payment information; e) forwarding the second distributive on demand administrative task ticket to service provider for execution; and f) receiving matching information from the service provider, the matching indication indicating whether funds were received from the second party in an amount sufficient to satisfy the payment.

12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the matching information indicates that sufficient funds were received to issue payment to the third party, and the method further includes forwarding the payment in the first amount to the third party.

13 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising issuing a service payment to the service provider for completing the distributive on demand administrative task.

14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the service payment is a predetermined percentage of the payment to the third party.

         15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein:
 a) the matching information indicates that insufficient funds were received from the second party to issue payment in the first amount to the third party; and b) the method further includes forwarding a payment to the third party in a second amount less than the first amount.

16 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising directing the third party to the service provider to resolve payment issues.

17 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising issuing a service payment to the service provider for completing the distributive on demand administrative task in an amount less than an amount the service provider would have received if the funds received from the second party were sufficient to issue payment in the first amount to the third party.

18 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the administrator is a broker, and the first party is an agent that arranged a service by the third party for the benefit of the second party.
