Abstract
The invention relates to a lid ( 100 ) of a container, in particular of a beverage can, having at least one outlet opening ( 103 ) which penetrates the lid ( 100 ) and can be re-closed by at least one closure element ( 120 ), where the at least one closure element ( 120 ) is arranged on the underside of the lid ( 100 ), and the at least one closure element ( 120 ) can by an actuating element ( 110 ) arranged on the upper side of the lid ( 100 ) be moved from a closed position, in which the at least one outlet opening ( 103 ) is closed, into an open position, in which the outlet opening ( 103 ) is at least partially exposed, where the at least one closure element ( 120 ) comprises a first sealing means ( 121 ) for sealing the at least one outlet opening ( 103 ) in relation to the underside of the lid ( 100 ) and the actuating element ( 110 ) has at least one second sealing means ( 130 ) which seals the at least one outlet opening ( 103 ) in relation to the upper side of the lid ( 100 ).

where said at least one closure element ( 120 ) is arranged on an underside of said lid ( 100 ), and said at least one closure element ( 120 ) can, by an actuating element ( 110 ) arranged on an upper side of said lid ( 100 ), be moved from a closed position in which said at least one outlet opening ( 103 ) is closed, into an open position in which said outlet opening ( 103 ) is at least partially exposed, where said at least one closure element ( 120 ) comprises a first sealing means ( 121 ) for sealing said at least one outlet opening ( 103 ) in relation to said underside of said lid ( 100 ), and wherein said actuating element ( 110 ) comprises at least one second sealing means ( 130 ) which seals said at least one outlet opening ( 103 ) in relation to said upper side of said lid ( 100 ).
2 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 1 , including at least one further opening ( 122 ) spaced apart from said at least one outlet opening ( 103 ) and penetrating said lid ( 100 ), which is likewise sealed by said second sealing means ( 130 ) relative to said upper side of said lid ( 100 ).
3 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 2 , including a third sealing means ( 131 ) which seals said at least one further opening ( 122 ) in relation to said surface of said lid ( 100 ).
4 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 3 , wherein at least one of said second and third sealing means ( 130 , 131 ) is a sealing lip ( 131 a ) or a sealing edge ( 131 b ).
5 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 4 , wherein said sealing lip ( 131 a ) forms an angle with said lid ( 100 ) different from 90°.
6 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 3 , wherein at least one of said second and third sealing means ( 130 , 131 ) is integral with said actuating element ( 110 ).
7 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 1 , wherein said actuating element ( 110 ) is a two-component injection-molded member.
8 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 1 , wherein said actuating element ( 110 ) comprises at least one hinge ( 111 ) over which said second sealing means ( 130 ) extends.
9 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one second sealing means ( 130 ) extends substantially parallel to the outer edge of said actuating element ( 110 ).
10 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one second sealing means ( 130 ) extends substantially along said outer edge of said actuating element ( 110 ).
11 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one of said second and third sealing means ( 130 , 131 ) is designed at least partly as a double seal.
12 . The lid ( 100 ) according to claim 11 , wherein said double seal is composed of a sealing lip ( 131 a ) and a sealing bead ( 131 b ).
