Abstract

A shower and bathtub seat is disclosed. The shower and bathtub seat may include a hair bowl that has a second planar portion provided with a centered indentation to accommodate a user's neck on a top edge of the second planar portion. The shower and bathtub seat may also include a pair of securing harnesses that include a hook disposed on an end of each of the pair of securing harnesses that are coupled to a corresponding loop disposed on a second front side of the planar base.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A shower and bathtub seat, comprising:
a planar base having a middle opening, the middle opening having an inner track groove, the planar base may include a bottom planar portion extending from a bottom of the planar base, wherein the inner track groove accommodates a pair of metal tabs disposed on a first side and a second side of the first planar portion; a removable folding chair disposed in the middle opening of the planar base, the removable folding chair is removed as needed from the middle opening of the planar base, the removable folding chair has a first planar portion, a second planar portion and a hinge, wherein the hinge is disposed between the first planar portion and the second planar portion to allow the first planar portion and the second planar portion to bend outward or to bend inward; a pair of securing harnesses extended and coupled on a first front side of the planar base, the pair of securing harnesses includes a hook disposed on an end of each of the pair of securing harnesses that are coupled to a corresponding loop disposed on a second front side of the planar base; and a pair of securing harnesses extended across the removable folding chair disposed in the middle opening of the planar base, the pair of securing harnesses secures the removable folding chair within the middle opening of the planar base, and the pair of securing harnesses is coupled on a first front side of the planar base.

2 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 1 , wherein the pair of metal tabs is maneuvered out of the inner track groove by tilting the first planar portion sideways.

3 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 1 , wherein the removable folding chair includes a first aperture, a second aperture and a diagonal support.

4 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 3 , wherein the first aperture is centered and disposed on the first planar portion of the removable folding chair.

5 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 3 , wherein the second aperture is centered and disposed on the second planar portion of the shower and bathtub seat.

6 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 3 , wherein the diagonal support provides support to the first aperture and the second aperture while the removable folding chair is secured by the pair of securing harnesses.

7 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 3 , wherein the first aperture and the second aperture is adjacent to form a third overall aperture that allows a user to wash themselves through the third overall aperture from underneath the removable folding chair.

8 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 1 , wherein the pair of securing harnesses includes a hook disposed on an end of each of the pair of securing harnesses.

9 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 1 , wherein the hook is coupled to a corresponding loop disposed on a second front side of the planar base.

10 . A shower and bathtub seat, comprising:
a planar base having a middle opening, the middle opening having an inner track groove, the planar base may include a bottom planar portion extending from a bottom of the planar base, wherein the inner track groove accommodates a pair of metal tabs disposed on a first side and a second side of the first planar portion; a removable folding chair disposed in the middle opening of the planar base, the removable folding chair is removed as needed from the middle opening of the planar base, the removable folding chair has a first planar portion, a second planar portion and a hinge, wherein the hinge is disposed between the first planar portion and the second planar portion to allow the first planar portion and the second planar portion to bend outward or to bend inward and the removable folding chair is converted into a hair bowl by spinning the removable folding chair forward and upward towards the planar base; a pair of securing harnesses extended and coupled on a first front side of the planar base, the pair of securing harnesses includes a hook disposed on an end of each of the pair of securing harnesses that are coupled to a corresponding loop disposed on a second front side of the planar base; and a pair of securing harnesses extended across the removable folding chair disposed in the middle opening of the planar base, the pair of securing harnesses secures the removable folding chair within the middle opening of the planar base, and the pair of securing harnesses is coupled on a first front side of the planar base.

11 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 10 , wherein the pair of metal tabs is maneuvered out of the inner track groove by tilting the first planar portion sideways.

12 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 10 , wherein the removable folding chair includes a first aperture, a second aperture and a diagonal support.

13 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 12 , wherein the first aperture is centered and disposed on the first planar portion of the removable folding chair.

14 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 12 , wherein the second aperture is centered and disposed on the second planar portion of the shower and bathtub seat.

15 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 12 , wherein the diagonal support provides support to the first aperture and the second aperture while the removable folding chair is secured by the pair of securing harnesses.

16 . The shower and bathtub seat according to claim 12 , wherein the first aperture and the second aperture is adjacent to form a third overall aperture that allows a user to wash themselves through the third overall aperture from underneath the removable folding chair.
