Auctioning system and methods interacting with multiple devices

Abstract

An auctioning system and methods interacting with multiple devices are set forth that includes a main server, remote terminals, and remote individual communication devices that communicate with one another and are adapted to display information to a user about a product or service for sale, and information pertaining to predefined auction parameters for the user to attempt to purchase said product or service.

1 . A method for creating an auction using a computer with processor, the method comprising the steps of:
 receiving by an input module one or more parameters of an auction for a product or a service, wherein the one or more parameters comprises an identification of one or more remote terminals to obtain one or more selected remote terminals for displaying the auction;   transmitting the one or more parameters of the auction from the input module to the one or more selected remote terminals; and   displaying the one or more parameters of the auction on a display device of the one or more selected remote terminals to solicit a bid for acquiring the product or the service.   
     
     
         2 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1  wherein the one or more parameters comprises an auction name, an auction start date, and an auction expiration date. 
     
     
         3 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 2  wherein the auction expiration date includes a time. 
     
     
         4 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises a minimum reserve price for the product or the service. 
     
     
         5 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises an expiry date for collection of the product or the service by a winner of the auction. 
     
     
         6 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises a maximum price for the product or the service. 
     
     
         7 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1 , wherein the identification of one or more remote terminals comprises a nation, a location, a type, a target, a start date, and a duration of the auction. 
     
     
         8 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises a photo related to the product or the service. 
     
     
         9 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises a video related to the product or the service. 
     
     
         10 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises an audio related to the product or the service. 
     
     
         11 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises a text description related to the product or the service. 
     
     
         12 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1  further comprising the steps of:
 transmitting the one or more parameters of the auction in a database; and 
 saving the one or more parameters of the auction in the database. 
 
     
     
         13 . The method for creating the auction according to  claim 1  wherein the receiving step further comprises the steps of:
 accepting by the input module a request for a potential number of the one or more remote terminals available for displaying the one or more parameters of the auction; and 
 providing by the input module a result to the request. 
 
     
     
         14 . A system for creating an auction, comprising
 an input module for receiving one or more parameters of an auction, the one or more parameters including identification of a product or a service to obtain an auction product or an auction service;   one or more remote terminals, wherein each of the one or more remote terminals includes a display device,
 the one or more parameters further including a selection of one or more remote terminals to obtain one or more selected remote terminals, 
 the one or more parameters further including data related to the auction product or the auction service, the data comprising an auction name, an auction start date, and an auction expiration date, 
 the one or more parameters displayed on the display device of the one or more selected remote terminals to solicit a bid for acquiring the product or the service. 
   
     
     
         15 . The system for creating the auction according to  claim 14 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises an expiry date for collection of the product or the service by a winner of the auction. 
     
     
         16 . The system for creating the auction according to  claim 14 , wherein the one or more parameters comprises one or more'selected from the group of: a photo related to the product or the service, a video related to the product or the service, an audio related to the product or the service, and a text description related to the product or the service. 
     
     
         17 . The system for creating the auction according to  claim 14  further comprising a database for saving the one or more parameters of the auction. 
     
     
         18 . The system for creating the auction according to  claim 14  further comprising a feedback assignment module configured to receive opinions from one or more users regarding the product or the service. 
     
     
         19 . The system for creating the auction according to  claim 14  further comprising a recognition confirmation module configured to verify a winner of the auction prior to collection of the product or the service by the winner.
