Foldable magazine rack

Abstract

The present invention relates to stationery and more specifically pertains to a foldable magazine rack. It includes a rack body and a bottom panel removably fastened with a bottom end of the rack body; the rack body is a plastic rack which is foldable and integrally formed by injection molding. The present magazine rack is convenient to use, susceptible to low production costs, and can be repeatedly used.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A foldable magazine rack, comprising a rack body and a bottom panel ( 1 ) removably fastened with a bottom end of the rack body, characterized in that the rack body is a plastic rack which is foldable and integrally formed by injection molding. 
     
     
         2 . The foldable magazine rack as in  claim 1 , characterized in that the plastic rack comprises a front hard plastic short wall ( 2 ), a rear hard plastic tall wall ( 3 ), and left and right semi-wedge shaped side walls ( 4 ) which are symmetrical with each other; a foldable soft plastic curved wall ( 5 ) is respectively disposed at a first intersection between the short wall ( 2 ) and the right side wall ( 4 ), a second intersection between the right side wall and the tall wall ( 3 ), a third intersection between the tall wall ( 3 ) and the left side wall ( 4 ), and a fourth intersection between the left side wall and the short wall ( 2 ). 
     
     
         3 . The foldable magazine rack as in  claim 2 , characterized in that a foldable soft plastic wall ( 6 ) is disposed in any one or more of the following: in middle of the short wall ( 2 ) and the tall wall ( 3 ), in middle of the left side wall and the right side wall ( 4 ). 
     
     
         4 . The foldable magazine rack as in  claim 3 , characterized in that the short wall ( 2 ), the tall wall ( 3 ), the left and right side walls ( 4 ), the curved walls ( 5 ) and the soft plastic walls ( 6 ) are integrally formed by injection molding. 
     
     
         5 . The foldable magazine rack as in  claim 1 , characterized in that flanges ( 7 ) for receiving the bottom panel are disposed at bottom inner sides of the short wall ( 2 ), the tall wall ( 3 ) and the left and right side walls ( 4 ). 
     
     
         6 . The foldable magazine rack as in  claim 1 , characterized in that the short wall ( 2 ) and the tall wall ( 3 ) are made of transparent hard plastic material; the curved walls ( 5 ) and the soft plastic walls ( 6 ) are made of transparent soft plastic material.
