Abstract

A container for a tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat is disclosed. The container may include tabs to non-permanently secure a tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat. The container may be split into multiple sections for ease of use and transportation. A unique method of connecting the container sections together is also disclosed.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A mat-like container for a tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat comprising:
a rectangular depression on the upper surface of the container configured to non-permanently hold a tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat.

2 . The container as recited in claim 1 , further comprising one or more tab structures for holding the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat in place.

3 . The container as recited in claim 2 wherein the one or more tab structures comprise a single strip-shaped tab along one edge of the rectangular depression.

4 . The container as recited in claim 2 wherein the one or more tab structures comprise four triangular tabs located in each corner of the rectangular depression.

5 . The container as recited in claim 2 wherein the one or more tab structures adhere to an adhesive side on an exposed and uppermost side of the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat.

6 . The container as recited in claim 2 wherein the one or more tab structures have a tacky bottom to adhere to the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat.

7 . The container as recited in claim 1 further comprising a non-slip bottom surface.

8 . The container as recited in claim 1 comprises a material conducive for one or more adhesive potions of the bottom and out layer of the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat to adhere to the rectangular depression.

9 . The container as recited in claim 1 comprising multiple sections.

10 . The container as recited in claim 9 wherein the multiple sections comprise two same-sized sections.

11 . The container as recited in claim 9 wherein the multiple sections comprise four sections.

12 . The container as recited in claim 9 wherein the multiple sections join together securely, forming the depression on the upper surface of the container.

13 . The container as recited in claim 9 wherein each of the multiple sections has one or more connector holes and one or more connector tubes to join the multiple sections together.

14 . The container as recited in claim 13 wherein connector holes are located at a corner of each of the multiple sections and connector tubes are located at an opposite corner of each of the multiple sections.

15 . The container as recited in claim 9 wherein one or more adhesive portions of the bottom and out layer of the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat to adhere to each of the multiple sections, non-permanently securing the multiple sections together.

16 . The container as recited in claim 9 further comprising at least one tab structure on one of the multiple sections for holding the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat in place.

17 . The container as recited in claim 1 wherein the tacky bottom of the multi-layer debris collector mat adheres to the container and provides additional structure to the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat and the container.

18 . The container as recited in claim 1 wherein the depression is configured to non-permanently hold the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat such that a tacky upper and outer layer of the multi-layer debris collector mat may be removed exposing a similar layer underneath.

19 . The container as recited in claim 1 wherein the depression is configured to non-permanently hold the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat such that the tacky, multi-layer debris collector mat may be replaced with another multi-layer debris collector mat.
