Abstract

A computer-implemented includes receiving, from one or more contributing channels, medical data; assigning the received medical data to one or more data silos; and generating a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display device renders a visual representation of a patient portal, with the patient portal including: one or more visual representations of the one or more data silos for data associated with a user that requested the patient portal.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
 accessing electronic medical record data for a patient; accessing medical repository data for the patient; aggregating the electronic medical record data; aggregating the medical repository data; and generating data for a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display device comprises:
 a first portion that specifies that the aggregated electronic medical record data for the patient is viewable, with selection of the first portion causing a display of at least a portion of the aggregated electronic medical record data when the aggregated electronic medical record data is available; or
 a second portion that specifies that the aggregated medical repository data for the patient is viewable, with selection of the second portion causing a display of at least a portion of the aggregated medical repository n data when the aggregated medical repository data is available.

         2 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the graphical user interface is accessible by a medical service provider, the patient or an administrator.

         3 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the aggregated medical form data comprises medical summary data for the patient.

         4 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the medical repository data comprises health information exchange data that is exchanged between a first entity and a second entity.

         5 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 receiving a request for the graphical user interface; and identifying, from the request, an identity of the patient.

         6 . The computer-implemented method of claim 5 , wherein a user who submits the request differs from the patient.

         7 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 5 , further comprising:
 querying, at least partly based on the identity of the patient, a data repository for medical data associated with the patient.

         8 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
 accessing one or more items of electronic medical record data for a patient; accessing one or more items of medical repository data for the patient; wherein the one or more items of electronic medical record data are accessed from a first data repository, and wherein the one or more items of medical repository data are accessed from a second data repository; generating data for a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display device comprises:
 a first portion that specifies that the one or more items of electronic medical record data for the patient is viewable, with selection of the first portion causing a display of at least a portion of the one or more items of electronic medical record data when the one or more items of electronic medical record data are available; or
 a second portion that specifies that the one or more items of medical repository data for the patient is viewable, with selection of the second portion causing a display of at least a portion of the one or more items of medical repository data when the one or more items of medical repository data are available.

         9 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the first data repository and the second data repository are a same data repository.

         10 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the first data repository differs from the second data repository.

         11 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the graphical user interface is accessible by a medical service provider, the patient or an administrator.

         12 . The computer-implemented method of claim 8 , wherein the medical repository data comprises health information exchange data that is exchanged between a first entity and a second entity.

         13 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 8 , further comprising:
 receiving a request for the graphical user interface; and identifying, from the request, an identity of the patient.

         14 . The computer-implemented method of claim 13 , wherein a user who submits the request differs from the patient.

         15 . An electronic system comprising:
 one or more processors; one or more machine-readable hardware storage devices storing instructions that are executable to cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
 accessing one or more items of electronic medical record data for a patient;
 accessing one or more items of medical repository data for the patient;
 wherein the one or more items of electronic medical record data are accessed from a first data repository, and wherein the one or more items of medical repository data are accessed from a second data repository;
 generating data for a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display device comprises:
 a first portion that specifies that the one or more items of electronic medical record data for the patient is viewable, with selection of the first portion causing a display of at least a portion of the one or more items of electronic medical record data when the one or more items of electronic medical record data are available; or
 a second portion that specifies that the one or more items of medical repository data for the patient is viewable, with selection of the second portion causing a display of at least a portion of the one or more items of medical repository data when the one or more items of medical repository data are available.

         16 . The electronic system of claim 15 , wherein the graphical user interface is accessible by a medical service provider, the patient or an administrator.

         17 . The electronic system of claim 15 , wherein the first data repository and the second data repository are a same data repository.

         18 . One or more machine-readable hardware storage devices storing instructions that are executable to cause one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
 accessing one or more items of electronic medical record data for a patient; accessing one or more items of medical repository data for the patient; wherein the one or more items of electronic medical record data are accessed from a first data repository, and wherein the one or more items of medical repository data are accessed from a second data repository; generating data for a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display device comprises: a first portion that specifies that the one or more items of electronic medical record data for the patient is viewable, with selection of the first portion causing a display of at least a portion of the one or more items of electronic medical record data when the one or more items of electronic medical record data are available; or a second portion that specifies that the one or more items of medical repository data for the patient is viewable, with selection of the second portion causing a display of at least a portion of the one or more items of medical repository data when the one or more items of medical repository data are available.

         19 . The one or more machine-readable hardware storage devices of claim 18 , wherein the graphical user interface is accessible by a medical service provider, the patient or an administrator.

         20 . The one or more machine-readable hardware storage devices of claim 18 , wherein the first data repository and the second data repository are a same data repository.
