Urisheath with moulded unrolling strip

Abstract

The urisheath provided here includes an element of thin material (a strip) that allows at least two lengths of it to run in a parallel fashion down either side of the sheath. The is obtained by injection moulding the strip in liquid silicone in the silicone injection moulding process for the urisheath, either by one, two or more component injection moulding. The injection moulding takes place in an injection moulding form for a urisheath with a cavity for the body portion and a cavity for the strip portion wherein the cavity for the body portion is connected to the cavity for the strip portion creating an attachment zone between the strip and the sheath.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A urisheath product comprising;
 a urisheath, said urisheath comprising:   a body portion having an adhesive on an inner surface thereof to attach and seal the body portion to a penis, the body portion including a root part defined at a proximal end of the body portion, a tip part defined at a distal end of the body portion, and a centered part defined intermediate the root part and the tip part; and   a strip portion attached to the body portion;   wherein the strip portion is attached to the body portion in at least one attachment zone;   wherein the strip portion allows unrolling of the urisheath onto the penis;   wherein the at least one attachment zone comprises at least one weakened zone having a lower tear strength than the strip portion and the body portion, respectively; and   wherein the at least one weakened zone is formed of the same material as the strip portion and the body portion, respectively, and has a smaller thickness than the strip portion and the body portion respectively.   
     
     
         2 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the strip portion comprises one strip. 
     
     
         3 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the strip portion comprises two strips. 
     
     
         4 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein a first end of the strip portion is attached to the body portion at the root part and a second end of the strip portion is connected to the body portion at the tip part. 
     
     
         5 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the strip portion is attached to the body portion at the root part, at the centered part, and at the tip part. 
     
     
         6 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the strip portion is attached to the body portion along the entire centered part. 
     
     
         7 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the attachment zone has a lower tear strength than the body portion and the strip portion, respectively. 
     
     
         8 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the strip portion comprises two strips, each of the strips including an end portion adapted to connect the two strips to one another. 
     
     
         9 . The urisheath product according to  claim 8 , further comprising a handle connecting the two strips. 
     
     
         10 . The urisheath product according to  claim 9 , wherein the handle is positioned below the body portion and wherein the strips extend from the root part in a direction away from the tip part. 
     
     
         11 . The urisheath product according to  claim 9 , wherein the handle is positioned above the body portion, and wherein the strips extend from the root part in a direction toward the tip part. 
     
     
         12 . The urisheath product according to  claim 8 , wherein the handle is positioned beside the tip part. 
     
     
         13 . The urisheath product according to  claim 8 , wherein the handle is attached to the tip part. 
     
     
         14 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the body portion comprises silicone. 
     
     
         15 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the strip portion comprises silicone. 
     
     
         16 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , wherein the urisheath is rolled. 
     
     
         17 . The urisheath product according to  claim 1 , further comprising a drain tube adapted to attach to the tip part.
