Claims

Abstract

A machine and method to produce structural elements for the building trade made of cement material with one or more inserts made of polymer material. The machine comprises at least a molding member, a loading unit for loading the inserts and a depositing member to deposit the cement material. The molding member is open at the upper part and the loading unit and the depositing member are selectively positionable above the molding member in order to load and deposit from above, respectively, the inserts and the cement material into the molding member, in order to achieve the structural elements.

         11 . A method for producing structural elements for the building trade made of cement material with one or more inserts made of polymer material by using a machine which includes a molding member open at the top and selectively closable from the lower side by means of a movable plate, said movable plate being movable by means of an actuator, a loader for said inserts, a rotary brush connected to said loader, and a depositing member for depositing said cement material, the method comprising:
 selective and alternative positioning said loader and depositing member above said molding member by respective drive members;   moving said depositing member and the loader on a plane above said molding member, from respective inactive positions to respective operating positions so as to load and deposit from above, respectively, said inserts and said cement material into said molding member, in order to achieve said structural elements;   before the step of depositing the cement material inside the molding member, a comb element positioning said inserts inside the molding member when the positioning tray is positioned above the molding member, wherein a thruster unit located above said molding member is fitted with said comb element;   forming a first group of structural elements;   after the first group of structural elements has been formed, opening the movable plate and depositing the first group of structural elements on the ground; and   during an advancing step, the rotary brush performing a surface finishing of a surface of the structural elements.   
     
     
         12 . The method as in  claim 11 , further comprising:
 a leveling step in which, by means of a leveling element moved on a plane above said molding member, the upper surface of said structural elements is uniformly leveled.   
     
     
         13 . The method as in  claim 11 , further comprising:
 selectively vibrating said molding member with a vibrating unit for facilitating a complete penetration from above of the cement material.   
     
     
         14 . The method as in  claim 11 , further comprising:
 selectively moving the molding member downward and depositing the structural element formed.   
     
     
         15 . The method as in  claim 11 , further comprising:
 moving the thruster unit downward and lowering the comb element, and determining a separation of the structural elements from the molding member.
