Abstract

A fan includes a main body, an end wall connected an end of the main body, and a power connector. The main body defines a receiving space extending through the end wall in a bottom. The receiving space includes two sidewalls defining two slide slots. The power connector includes a first end surface forming a pole, and a second end surface forming a connecting portion. Opposite ends of the pole are engaged in the slide slots. When the power connector is received in the receiving space, the connecting portion is perpendicular to the end wall and faces downward. When the power connector is moved out of the receiving space, the power connector can be pivoted to be fixed to the end wall, to allow the connecting portion to be parallel to and face away from the end wall.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A fan, comprising:
a main body with an end wall connected to an end of the main body; the main body defining a receiving space in a bottom of the main body, the receiving space extending through the end wall and the bottom of the main body, wherein the receiving space comprises two opposite sidewalls, each sidewall defines a slide slot extending along a direction perpendicular to the end wall; and a power connector comprising a first end surface and a second end surface opposite to each other, a pole protruding from the first end surface, and a connecting portion formed on the second end surface; wherein opposite ends of the pole are slidably and rotatably inserted into the slide slots, when the power connector is slid to be received in the receiving space, the connecting portion are perpendicular to the end wall and faces downward; and when the power connector is slid out of the receiving space, the power connector is capable of being pivoted to be fixed to an outer side of the end wall, the connecting portion are parallel to and facing away from the end wall.

2 . The fan of claim 1 , wherein a plurality of cables electrically connected to the main body extends from the first end surface of the power connector.

3 . The fan of claim 1 , wherein a recess is defined in each sidewall of the receiving space above the corresponding slide slot, two bars extend from opposite side surfaces of the power connector, to be engaged in the recesses in response to the power connector being received in the receiving space.

4 . The fan of claim 1 , wherein a fastening hole is defined in the end wall above the receiving space, a tab extends from the first end surface of the power connector to be engaged in the fastening hole in response to the power connector being fixed to the outer side of the end wall.

5 . The fan of claim 4 , wherein the pole protrudes from a bottom end of the first end surface, the tab protrudes from a top end of the first end surface opposite to the pole.

6 . The fan of claim 4 , wherein opposite ends of each slot are arc-shaped, facilitating the pole to rotate.
