Abstract
The present invention relates to a new construction method for swimming pools, surfing pools, body boarding pools, wave pools, water park pools, kayaking and white water rafting courses and pools, wake boarding pools, water skiing pools and jet skiing pools, static surfing simulators, deep water river standing wave attractions. The present invention construction method can also be used in lagoons, ponds, lakes, and rivers. The invention will save construction costs, and save pool construction time.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 10 . (canceled)
11 . Impregnated concrete cloth or fabric is used over the side walls of the pool, lagoon, lake, river or pond to provide structural integrity. The impregnated cloth or fabric can be placed over vertical walls, concaved walls, rounded walls, slanted or angled pool walls. The Impregnated concrete cloth or fabric is run down and over the walls and is anchored or secured to the ground. The impregnated concrete cloth or fabric is also run into the floor bottom of the pool, lagoon, lake or pond and is anchored or secured to the bottom of the floor or bottom.
12 . In claim 11 , the impregnated Concrete Cloth or Fabric is laid on the bottom of the pool, lake, pond or lagoon or river to create a water tight (water proof) permeable structure. A water proof pool. The impregnated concrete cloth or fabric also provides structural integrity throughout the pool, lake, pond, lagoon, or river.
13 . A liner made out of RPP, (Reinforced Polyethylene), RPE, (Reinforced Polypropylene), PVCs, (Poly Vinyl Chloride), EPDM, (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), HDPE, (High Density Polyethylene), LLDPE, (Linear Low Density Polyethylene), Geomembranes, GCL (Geosynthetic Clay Liner), Woven Coated-Polyethylene or similar liner material is cut to size of the pool. The liner is then spread out and laid on the bottom of the pool and then is pulled over the sides of the pool and over the impregnated concrete cloth and fabric. The liner is then anchored into the ground. This creates a water tight, water proof pool. The above liners used in the pool, are 20, 30, 40, 60 mils in thickness.
14 . After adding the liner in claim 13 , a non-woven Geo textile material is then placed over top of the impregnated concrete cloth and fabric and then is placed over top of the liner. The non-woven geo textile layer provides a protective layer over the liner. The non-woven geo textile material is cut to fit the size of the pool. The non-woven geo textile fabric is then spread out and laid on the bottom of the pool and then is pulled over the sides (walls) of the pool and is also anchored and secured into the ground.
15 . After applying the Non-Woven Geo textile material in claim 14 , Polyurea Coating, or similar coating system, is then sprayed over top of the impregnated concrete cloth and fabric, the liner and directly sprayed to affix directly onto the non-woven geo textile fabric. The hot polyuria material creates a very strong bond and adhesives to the geo fabric. The Polyurea coating or similar coating system is sprayed over the entire pool area. This creates a 100 percent water proof pool.
16 . The claims in claims 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 applying the construction method of first putting down Impregnated concrete cloth and fabric, then laying down a liner, then applying non-woven geo textile fabric over the liner then spraying Polyurea coating or similar coating system over the non-woven geo textile fabric is a cost effective and, easier and less time consuming method of pool construction.
17 . In claims 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , the construction pool method can also be done in different combinations and layers as desired. Such as just lay down non-woven geo textile fabric and spray Polyurea or similar coating system over the non-woven Geo fabric to create water tight seal in the pool.
18 . In claims 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , the above construction pool method can also be used in single layers and without the other construction materials. Such as just putting down liner to water proof the pool, or just putting down Impregnated Concrete cloth or fabric to water proof the pool. Or just putting down Polyurea or similar coating system to water proof the pool.
19 . The pool construction method of applying impregnated concrete cloth or fabric over the pool walls or throughout the entire pool area, then laying down a liner made out of RPP, (Reinforced Polyethylene), RPE, (Reinforced Polypropylene), PVCs, (Poly Vinyl Chloride), EPDM, (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), HDPE, (High Density Polyethylene), LLDPE, (Linear Low Density Polyethylene), Geomembranes, GCL (Geosynthetic Clay Liner), Woven Coated-Polyethylene, then laying down non-woven geo textile fabric and then spraying a coating of Polyurea or similar spray coating in any combination or single layer or application can be used for surfing pools, body board pools, kayaking and water rafting courses, for wake boarding parks and courses, for water skiing parks and courses, for scuba tanks, for deep water surfing simulators, static surfing simulators, surfing simulators of any kind, swimming pools, water park attractions, wave pools and any other applicable recreational activity.
20 . In claim 11 the impregnated concrete cloth or fabric can also contain within the impregnation portion fiberglass rebar strips of any size or shape. Preferred size of the fiber glass rebar is the size of a wire. The fiber glass rebar could be used in any size. The fiber glass rebar is evenly laid across the fabric. The rebar can be placed in parallel or perpendicular placement. The fiber glass rebar within the impregnated concrete cloth or fabric adds additional structural integrity and also could be used in place of traditional rebar.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
