Abstract

The present invention relates to a functional cap, and more particularly, to a functional cap in which: functionality and a sense of beauty may be increased by bending the brim in multiple steps so as to be lifted upwards; sunlight may be prevented from directly entering an air opening formed on a first brim because a second brim may be bent in multiple steps while forming a double brim; and the wear feel is excellent because the air opening is formed to provide a full field of vision.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A functional cap which is a general cap including a body and a brim,
wherein a bending plate provided with at least two cutting lines is formed inside the brim, a core member is formed at a rear lower end of the bending plate, and an outer surface of the core member is surrounded by fabrics.

         2 . The functional cap of claim 1 ,
wherein the core member is thickly formed by forming a synthetic resin material, and a thickness of the core member is at least two times more than a thickness of the bending plate.

3 . A functional cap which is a general cap including a body and a brim, the brim including first and second brims,
wherein an air opening is formed in the first brim, the second brim covers the air opening, a bending panel provided with at least two cutting lines is formed inside the second brim, a core member is formed at a rear lower end of the bending panel, and fabric surrounds an outer surface of the core member.

         4 . The functional cap of claim 3 ,
wherein the core member is thickly formed by forming a synthetic resin material, and a thickness of the core member is at least two times more than a thickness of the bending panel.

5 . The functional cap of claim 1 , wherein the core member is formed up to a first cutting line of a rear end of the bending plate.

         6 . The functional cap of claim 1 ,
wherein the bending plate to which the core member is attached is inserted into the inside of the brim or a second brim covering an air opening in the brim, a peripheral portion is backstitched while an outer surface is surrounded by fabrics, and the backstitch is carried out along the cutting lines to form bending lines.

7 . The functional cap of claim 3 , wherein the core member is formed up to a first cutting line of a rear end of the bending plate.

         8 . The functional cap of claim 3 ,
wherein the bending plate to which the core member is attached is inserted into the inside of the brim or a second brim covering an air opening in the brim, a peripheral portion is backstitched while an outer surface is surrounded by fabrics, and the backstitch is carried out along the cutting lines to form bending lines.
