Abstract

The present embodiments relate to an array system for detecting and identifying biomolecules and organisms. More specifically, the present embodiments relate to an array system comprising a microarray configured to simultaneously detect a plurality of organisms in a sample at a high confidence level.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . An array system comprising:
a microarray configured to simultaneously detect a plurality of organisms in a sample, wherein the microarray comprises fragments of 16s RNA unique to each organism and variants of said fragments comprising at least 1 nucleotide mismatch, wherein the level of confidence of species-specific detection derived from fragment matches is about 90% or higher.
