Abstract
A context-aware information obtaining method and apparatus uses local service information. A communication apparatus may receive local service information associated with a location of the communication apparatus. The communication apparatus may interpret the local service information to generate context-aware information of the communication apparatus.

1 . A method comprising:
identifying, at an electronic apparatus, location information associated with a location corresponding to the electronic apparatus; identifying sensing information associated with the electronic apparatus or a user of the electronic apparatus; and determining context information corresponding to the electronic apparatus or the user, using the location information and the sensing information.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
providing a service via the electronic apparatus based on the context information.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the identifying the sensing information comprises:
detecting environment information corresponding to the electronic apparatus via one or more sensors as a portion of the sensing information.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the identifying the sensing information comprises:
detecting body information associated with the user of the electronic apparatus via one or more sensors as a portion of the sensing information.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the identifying the sensing information comprises:
detecting moving information corresponding to the electronic apparatus via one or more sensors as a portion of the sensing information.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the identifying the sensing information comprises:
detecting behavior information corresponding to the electronic apparatus via one or more sensors as a portion of the sensing information.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the electronic apparatus is disposed at the means of transport or is wearable on the user.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the determining comprises:
analyzing the location information including a description of the location associated with a service to be provided via the electronic apparatus, wherein the description includes at least one of a title of the service, an address to be provided the service, or a type of the service.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the sensing information is detected by a sensor operatively coupled with the electronic apparatus or an input via an interface of the electronic apparatus.
10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the location information is received from a server,
wherein the server is configured to broadcast information corresponding to the service to a plurality of electronic apparatus.
11 . An electronic apparatus comprising:
first identifying unit configured to identify location information associated with a location corresponding to an electronic apparatus; second identifying unit configured to identify sensing information associated with the electronic apparatus or a user of the electronic apparatus; and determining unit configured to determine context information corresponding to the electronic apparatus or the user of the electronic apparatus, using the location information and the sensor information.
12 . The electronic apparatus of claim 11 , further comprising:
providing unit configured to provide a service via the electronic apparatus based on the context information.
13 . The electronic apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the second identifying unit is configured to:
collect at least one of environment information, moving information, behavior information, or body information via one or more sensors.
14 . The electronic apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the determining unit is configured to:
analyze a location information including a description of the location associated with the service to be provided via the electronic apparatus, wherein the description includes at least one of a title of the service, an address to be provided the service, or a type of the service.
15 . An electronic apparatus comprising:
a wireless communication module; and a processor operatively coupled with the wireless communication module, the processor configured to: receive first information associated with a location corresponding to the electronic apparatus via the wireless communication module; obtain second information associated with the electronic apparatus or a user of the electronic apparatus via one or more sensors; and determine context information corresponding to at least one of the electronic apparatus or the user based at least in part on the first information and the second information.
16 . The electronic apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the processor is configured to:
provide a service to the user based on the context information.
17 . The electronic apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the one or more sensors comprises at least one of a sensor integrated with the electronic apparatus or a sensor external to the electronic apparatus.
18 . The electronic apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the first information comprises information corresponding to one or more services to be provided within the location.
19 . The electronic apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the first information comprises at least one of a type of the service, an address corresponding to the location, or a title of the service.
20 . The electronic apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the processor is configured to:
determine, as at least part of the context information, that the electronic apparatus is in a moving vehicle based at least in part on the first information and the second information; wherein the first information is to be received from a wireless communication device corresponding to the vehicle; and wherein the second information comprises at least one of speed, acceleration, or a motion of the electronic apparatus.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
