I claim:

. A water play apparatus, comprising:
a tank body wherein water is collected; a manual pump that allows the water to be circulated through the water play apparatus wherein the manual pump is located within said tank body; a deck unit which is located within the tank body which said manual pump is mounted upon; a filter unit which is connected to said manual pump by pipe and is located within said tank body underneath said deck unit; and a spout wherein the water from said manual pump directs water through said filter, where water is exerted.

. The water play apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the manual pump is a rotary pump.

. The water play apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the spout is a milk can mounted to said tank body.

. The water play apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the deck unit has two risers stacked on top of each other.

. The water play apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the manual pump is a cast iron pitcher pump attached to said deck.

. The water play apparatus of claim 4 , where water from said spout fall on a water wheel wherein said water wheel rotates around an axis.

. The water play apparatus of claim 6 , wherein said water wheel is placed on a stand that is attached to said tank body and the stand is designed to support said water wheel a distance from the mouth of said pitcher pump.

. The water play apparatus of claim 6 , wherein said water wheel has a plurality of horizontal paddles which allows the said water wheel to rotate around said axis when the force of the water turns said water wheel.

. The water play apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the manual pump is a cast iron pitcher pump attached to said deck.

. The water play apparatus of claim 9 , wherein said deck has a single riser attached.

. A water play apparatus, comprising:
a tank body wherein water is collected; a manual pump that allows the water to be circulated through the water play apparatus wherein the manual pump is located within said tank body; a filter unit which is connected to said manual pump by pipe and is located within said tank body underneath said deck unit; a spout wherein the water from said manual pump directs water through said filter, where water is exerted; a tipping unit wherein the water from said manual pump directs water through said filter, where water is exerted which comprises of a tube that is connected to the filter wherein water is exerted to a collection unit located below, when said collection unit has a pin through the axis across the center connected to said tube and spills water once a certain level of water is reached; and two deck units which are located at the opposite ends of the tank body which said manual pump is mounted upon at the proximal end and the tipping unit is mounted at the distal end.

. The water play apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the manual pump is a rotary pump.

. The water play apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the tipping unit is a tube with a SPEEDRAIL elbow attached which holds two tube arms.

. The water play apparatus of claim 13 , wherein bearings are mounted on either side of the collection unit.

. The water play apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the collection unit is a bucket.

. A water play apparatus, comprising:
a tank body wherein water is collected; two manual pumps that allows the water to be circulated through the water play apparatus wherein the manual pumps are located within said tank body; two filter units which are connected to said manual pumps by pipe and is located within said tank body underneath said deck units; a tipping unit wherein the water from said manual pumps direct water through said filters, where water is exerted which comprises of two tubes that are connected to the filters wherein water is exerted to a single collection unit located below, when said collection unit has a pin through the axis across the center connected to said tube and spills water once a certain level of water is reached; and two deck units which are located at the opposite ends of the tank body which said manual pumps are mounted upon at the proximal end and at the distal end.

. The water play apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the manual pump is a rotary pump.

. The water play apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the tipping unit is a tube with a SPEEDRAIL elbow attached which holds two tube arms.

. The water play apparatus of claim 16 , wherein bearings are mounted on either side of the collection unit.

. The water play apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the collection unit is a bucket.
