Pallet

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a pallet. The pallet includes a main body, a clamping device configured on the main body and having a clamping groove, and a clamping plate mounted in the clamping groove. The clamping groove forms a number of groups of grooves corresponding to the clamping plate for clamping the clamping plate, and the clamping plate engages with the corresponding groove to fix packing boxes of different size. The pallet of the present disclosure can fix packing boxes of different size by fixing the clamping plate in different grooves.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A pallet, comprising a main body, a clamping device configured on the main body and having a clamping groove, and a clamping plate mounted in the clamping groove; the clamping groove forming a plurality of groups of grooves corresponding to the clamping plate for clamping the clamping plate, and the clamping plate engaging with the corresponding groove to fix packing boxes of different size. 
     
     
         2 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the clamping plate is L shaped and a thickness of the clamping plate is greater than or equal to a width of the corresponding groove. 
     
     
         3 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the clamping groove comprises a plurality of parallel lateral grooves and a plurality of parallel longitudinal grooves intersecting with the lateral grooves. 
     
     
         4 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein a height of the pallet extends towards the packing box on the top pallet in stacks. 
     
     
         5 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the number of the clamping device is four and the four clamping devices are respectively arranged at four corners of the main body. 
     
     
         6 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the number of the clamping plate is two and the two clamping plates respectively fix two opposite corners of the packing box. 
     
     
         7 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the clamping groove is structured as a plurality of “ ”-shaped characters being arranged in parallel. 
     
     
         8 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the clamping groove is structured as a plurality of “ ”-shaped characters being arranged in parallel. 
     
     
         9 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the clamping groove is structured as a plurality of F-shaped characters being arranged in parallel. 
     
     
         10 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein a height of the clamping plate is greater than a depth of the corresponding groove. 
     
     
         11 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the clamping device is integrally formed with the main body. 
     
     
         12 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the main body is made of plastic. 
     
     
         13 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the clamping plate and the main body are made of the same material. 
     
     
         14 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the clamping plate is made of high density polyethylene, polypropylene, or paper. 
     
     
         15 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the clamping device is independent from the main body, and the clamping device is fixed to the main body by being attached to the main body or by being clamped to the main body. 
     
     
         16 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein the main body is made of plastic. 
     
     
         17 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein the clamping plate and the main body are made of the same material. 
     
     
         18 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein the clamping plate is made of high density polyethylene, polypropylene, or paper. 
     
     
         19 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the number of the clamping plate is equal to that of the clamping groove. 
     
     
         20 . The pallet as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the clamping plate is “ ” shaped.
