Abstract

The invention that is the subject matter of this application is about a submachine gun that uses 9×19 mm parabellum rounds and that can be used as an assault weapon. The invention is a submachine gun that consists of an upper body ( 1 ), a lower body ( 8 ), magazine ( 9 ), barrel ( 7 ), grip ( 13 ), which essentially contains a barrel round chamber ( 7 ); a pin system that fires the capsule of the round that is in the round chamber; and a cock which has the function of hitting the pin; at least one mechanism ( 2 ) that houses the pin system, pushes the round from the magazine ( 9 ) into the barrel round chamber ( 7 ), and winds the cock for a second shot as it moves backwards due to the recoil that arises from the firing of the round in the barrel.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A submachine gun comprising: an upper body, a lower body, a magazine, a barrel, and a grip, a barrel round chamber; a pin system for firing the capsule of the round that is in the barrel round chamber; a cock which for hitting the pin system; at least one mechanism for housing the pin system and pushing the round from the magazine into the barrel round chamber, and travels backward due to the recoil that arises from the firing of the round in the barrel to rewind the cock for the firing of a second round. 
     
     
         2 . The submachine gun as stated in  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a buffer at the rear end of the mechanism and a buffer soil spring on the buffer;   a pin housing having different diameters inside the mechanism;   at least one barrel that is mounted by being directly attached to the said mechanism;   at least one winding arm on the mechanism and at least one winding lug on the mechanism that is manufactured as a monoblock.   
     
     
         3 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising:
 at least one winding arm that connects to the winding lug on the mechanism and thereby pulling the mechanism backwards together with itself to squeeze the buffer coil spring; 
 at least one winding lug that is placed on the mechanism, that serves the purpose of winding the mechanism with the help of the winding arm and also preventing the rotation of the mechanism around its own axis inside the upper body. 
 
     
     
         4 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising:
 the lower body of the submachine gun containing at least one fixed ejector that ejects the empty shell out of the submachine gun if the round is fired or the live round if the round is not fired, and the length of the part of the fixed ejector that hits the lower part of the empty shell which being changeable to change the direction in which the empty shell will be ejected. 
 
     
     
         5 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  wherein the front profile of the mechanism being such that it would not scratch the walls of the magazine and that it would fit into the barrel round chamber as it pushes the round into the round chamber. 
     
     
         6 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising: a plurality of channels for preventing the mechanism from scratching the neck portion of fixed ejector and the walls of the magazine as the mechanism travels forward and backward along the axis of the barrel. 
     
     
         7 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising: a magazine lock that allows the magazine to be removed and to remain locked when it is attached 
     
     
         8 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising: at least one buffer coil spring that moves the mechanism forward and that pushes the round from the magazine into the barrel round chamber when the winding arm is released. 
     
     
         9 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising: a lug on the mechanism that pulls the empty shell as it travels backward after a round is fired; and at least one ejection window through which the empty shell is ejected due to the said lug by changing the direction of movement of the empty shell as its back portion hits the fixed ejector. 
     
     
         10 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  wherein ejections placed along the side surfaces of the mechanism that allow the mechanism to operate along the barrel axis, thereby decreasing friction surfaces. 
     
     
         11 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  wherein the barrel round chamber having side ejections positioned at its front part which allow the mechanism to enter the barrel and push the round into the barrel round chamber. 
     
     
         12 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising:
 a barrel front ejection and barrel ramp which allow the round to be pushed from the magazine into the round chamber with the help of the mechanism and also allow the mechanism to lock onto the barrel. 
 
     
     
         13 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising:
 a barrel ramp that helps the 9×19 mm round to be pushed from the magazine into the round chamber, having the same radius across the diameter. 
 
     
     
         14 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising:
 a fixed ejector pin to fix the fixed ejector on the lower body. 
 
     
     
         15 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising:
 a fixed ejector that is not in contact with the rounds inside the magazine or the mechanism that moves within the upper body. 
 
     
     
         16 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising a magazine that has the appropriate dimensions to hold rounds with a caliber of 9×19 mm having either a straight or a curved shape. 
     
     
         17 . The submachine gun of  claim 1  further comprising: a straight or curved magazine that can house 9×19 mm rounds having such a structure that its dimensions are suitable for the magazine to be attached to the port without needing any additional apparatus.
