Abstract
A building system for a building, comprises a plurality of panel-like building elements having a front and back side, the back side of the building elements being provided with at least one cavity, and a plurality of clips configured to be attached to the building and formed to snap into the cavity of the building elements. The building elements have opposite first and second edges, the first edge being strip-shaped and extending at the back side of the building element, the second edge has at the back side of the building element a recess configured to receive the strip-shaped first edge of an adjacent building element.

1 . A building system comprising a plurality of building elements having a front and back side, the back side of the building elements being provided with at least one cavity, and a plurality of clips configured to be attached to a base and formed to removably snap into the cavity of the building elements.

The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the panel-like building elements have opposite first and second edges, the first edge being strip-shaped and extending at the back side of the building element, the second edge has at the back side of the building element a recess configured to receive the strip-shaped first edge of an adjacent building element.
3 . The building system according to claim 2 , wherein the cavity is arranged closer to the second edge than to the first edge of each building element.
4 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the building elements contain at least one of hollows and recesses spaced from the cavity.
5 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the clips and cavity are shaped to allow removal of the clip from the cavity in the same direction as the entrance, but wherein the force to remove the clip from the cavity is higher than the force to insert it.
6 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the outer cross-section of the clips is substantially complementary to the inner cross-section of the cavity.
7 . The building system according to claim 6 , wherein the clips are elastically compressible to enter or exit the cavity.
8 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein a cross-section of each of the clips includes spaced apart elastic legs, the cavities in the building elements having a narrow entrance less than the spaced apart legs to allow snapping-in of the clips and to hold the clips.
9 . The building system according to claim 8 , wherein the legs are shaped like the segments of a circular ring.
10 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the building elements are made of an extruded plastic containing material.
11 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the clips comprises a body including a hole for a fixing element to fix the clip to the building structure.
12 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the building elements are wall panels.
13 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the building elements are flooring panels.
14 . The building system according to claim 1 , wherein the building elements are building panels to form a sheet pile wall.
15 . A mounting system for building elements having a front and back side, the mounting system comprises at least one cavity in the back side of the building elements, and a plurality of clips configured to be attached to a base configured to removably snap and form-fit into the cavity of the building elements.
16 . A clip for use in a mounting system having a building element with a cavity, the clip, comprising a body configured to be attached to a base, and two flexible and resilient legs extending from the body, wherein free ends of the legs are spaced from each other and configured to be flexed toward each other with insertion in the cavity.
17 . The clip of claim 16 , wherein the free ends of the legs are directed toward each other.
