Abstract

A fitness device includes a chair body carrying a rotating wheel, and parallel support frame bars fixedly mounted at the bottom side of the chair body, each support frame bar defining a first base frame bar portion and a second base frame bar portion that are longitudinally connected in a line and define therebetween a predetermined contained angle facing toward the chair body and smaller than 180 degrees for selectively supporting the fitness device on the floor in two reversed directions for different types of exercises.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What the invention claimed is:

1 . A fitness device, comprising a chair body and a plurality of support frame bars mounted at a bottom side of said chair body in a parallel manner, wherein each said support frame bar comprises a first base frame bar portion and a second base frame bar portion longitudinally connected together and defining therebetween a contained angle facing toward said chair body and smaller than 180 degrees.

2 . The fitness device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first base frame bar portion of each said support frame bar has one end thereof fixedly connected to one end of the bottom side of said chair body and an opposite end thereof connected to the associating second base frame bar portion and defining with the associating second base frame bar portion a contained angle facing toward said chair body and smaller than 180 degrees; the second base frame bar portion of each said support frame bar has one end thereof fixedly connected to the associating first base frame bar portion and an opposite end thereof fixedly connected to an opposite end of the bottom side of said chair body.

3 . The fitness device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said chair body comprises a chair seat, a chair back obliquely upwardly extended from a rear side of said chair seat and defining with said chair seat a predetermined contained angle.

4 . The fitness device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said chair body further comprises a rotating wheel horizontally and rotatably supported on said chair seat.

5 . The fitness device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said chair body further comprises circular recess located in a top wall of said chair seat, and a rotating wheel rotatably mounted in said circular recess.

6 . The fitness device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said body further comprises a ball bearing ring mounted between said rotating wheel and said circular recess, said ball bearing ring comprising an outer race affixed to a bottom wall of said rotating wheel, an inner race affixed to said circular recess, and a plurality of balls rotatably accommodated between said outer race and said inner race.

7 . The fitness device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said chair body further comprises a headrest located at a top side of said chair back remote from said chair seat.

8 . The fitness device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising at least one transverse reinforcing bar connected between each two adjacent said support frame bars.

9 . The fitness device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of stop blocks respectively mounted at the second base frame bar portions of said support frame bars remote from the respective first base frame bar portions, each said stop block having a bottom edge kept in flush with a bottom surface of the second base frame bar portion of each said support frame bar.
