Abstract

A hair restoration caring device includes a treatment hood, a suspension member and a hair caring device. The treatment hood is to be disposed over a user's head. The suspension member is fastened to the treatment hood. The hair caring device is attached to the suspension member and is movable with respect to the user scalp. The hair caring device includes an outer casing mounted slidably on the suspension member, and has several downward combing projections and several light emitters installed above the combing projections respectively for radiating light waves. Each combing projection is aligned with a respective light emitter and is formed with an axial passage to permit past through of light waves of the respective light emitter.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 - 7 . (canceled)

         8 . A hair restoration caring device comprising:
 a treatment hood for disposing around a user's head;   a suspension member extensibly fastened to the treatment hood;   a safety portion coupled to the treatment hood having extensible first and second ends pivotally connected to two symmetric sides of the safety portion such that the latter span over the top part of the user's head;   a forehead protection member made from elastomeric material and fixed within an outer casing of the treatment hood to provide and cushion the user's forehead;
       and
 a hair caring device including
 an outer casing mounted on the first and second ends, and having a plurality rows of light emitters installed therein in parallel manner, each row being spaced apart from an adjacent row in a predetermined gap, wherein the rows of the light emitters are configured in such a manner to emit light waves in a predetermined pattern, thereby resulting in a light combing effect toward a user's scalp placed underneath outer casing, wherein the hair caring device is installed interior to the safety portion in such a manner to face one lateral side of the user's head with the combing projections directing toward the lateral side in an array manner.

         9 . The hair restoration caring device according to claim 8 , wherein the plurality rows of the light emitters emit light waves one row after another.

         10 . The hair restoration caring device according to claim 9 , wherein the plurality rows of the light emitters include odd and even rows, which are configured in such a manner that the odd and even rows of the light emitter emit light waves alternately and sequentially so as to result in the light combing effect toward the user's scalp.

         11 . The hair restoration caring device according to claim 10 , wherein the outer casing has an upper portion and a lower transparent portion, the plurality rows of light emitters being installed within the upper portion above the lower transparent portion, the outer casing further having a plurality rows of combing projections extending downwardly from the lower transparent portion and aligned with the plurality rows of the light emitters respectively such that each combing projection from a respective row is formed with an axial passage to permit passthrough of light waves of a respective one of the light emitters toward the user's scalp.

         12 . The hair restoration caring device according to claim 9 , wherein the plurality of rows of light emitters include at least three repeating adjacent rows of light emitters, wherein a first row of light emitters emits light at about 880 nm, wherein a second row of light emitters emits light at about 660 nm, and a third row of light emitters are laser emitting light at about 660 nm.

         13 . (canceled)
