Claims

Abstract

The present invention relates to a porous sheet and a method for manufacturing the porous sheet. A porous sheet including a fine-fiber web layer and a support layer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, and it is possible to implement a porous sheet with sufficient strength and thickness to be used in peeling and laminating processes of a multilayer ceramic capacitor.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A porous sheet comprising:
 a fine-fiber web layer consisting of fine-fibers with a diameter of 50 to 5000 nm; and   a support layer having the fine-fiber web layer coupled to one or both surfaces thereof.   
     
     
         2 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein a coating layer made of an antistatic material is provided on a surface of the fine-fiber. 
     
     
         3 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the support layer is made of a paper or nonwoven material. 
     
     
         4 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the support layer is made of a paper or nonwoven material and comprises a fibrous texture with a diameter of greater than 1 μm. 
     
     
         5 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the fine-fiber has a diameter of 100 to 3000 nm. 
     
     
         6 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the fine-fiber web layer has a thickness of 1 to 200 μm. 
     
     
         7 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the support layer has a thickness of 30 to 5000 μm. 
     
     
         8 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the fine-fibers constituting the fine-fiber web layer are bonded to each other by an adhesive material. 
     
     
         9 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein cross portions of the fine-fibers are bonded by the adhesive material. 
     
     
         10 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the fine-fiber is formed by mixing a polymer and the adhesive material. 
     
     
         11 . The porous sheet according to  claim 10 , wherein the polymer is one or two or more selected from the group consisting of polyvinylidene fluoride, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polyetherimide, polyethylene oxide, polylactic acid, cellulose, aromatic polyester, polyphosphazenes, polyurethane, polyurethane copolymer including polyether urethane, cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate butylate, cellulose acetate propionate, polyvinylidene fluoride, perfluoropolymer, polyvinylchloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene glycol derivatives, polyoxide, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene, polyacrylonitrile, and polymethylmethacrylate. 
     
     
         12 . The porous sheet according to  claim 10 , wherein the adhesive material is one or at least two kinds of materials selected from epoxy adhesive materials, acrylate adhesive materials, and silicone adhesive materials. 
     
     
         13 . The porous sheet according to  claim 1 , wherein the fine-fiber is formed by attaching the adhesive material to a surface of a fine-fiber made of a polymer.
