Abstract

A geotextile container includes a bag body defining a filling space and including a base fabric and a protective fabric. The base fabric has a peripheral end. The protective fabric has a peripheral end connected to the peripheral end of the base fabric, and includes a plurality of interconnected compartment bodies surrounded by the peripheral end of the protective fabric.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A geotextile container comprising:
a bag body defining a filling space, and including a base fabric and a protective fabric; said base fabric having a peripheral end; and said protective fabric having a peripheral end connected to said peripheral end of said base fabric, and including a plurality of interconnected compartment bodies surrounded by said peripheral end of said protective fabric.

2 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said bag body has top and bottom parts which cooperate to confine therebetween said filling space.

3 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said base fabric forms said bottom part, and said protective fabric forms said top part.

4 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said base fabric and said protective fabric are seamless and integrally formed as one piece.

5 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said base fabric forms said top and bottom parts of said bag body, said compartment bodies of said protective fabric being disposed over an outer surface of said top part.

6 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 2 , further comprising a lining fabric that is connected to said base fabric along said peripheral end of said base fabric, said base fabric forming said bottom part, said lining fabric forming said top part, said compartment bodies of said protective fabric being disposed over an outer surface of said lining fabric.

7 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of said compartment bodies are elongated and extend in parallel.

8 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of said compartment bodies has a substantially cross shape.

9 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of said compartment bodies has a substantially L-shape.

10 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said base fabric further has a first filling material filled in said filling space, and said protective fabric further includes a second filling material filled in each of said compartment bodies.

11 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 10 , wherein said first filling material is sediment or sandy filling material.

12 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 10 , wherein said second filling material is a compressive or resilient filling material.

13 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 12 , wherein said second filling material is a high density polymeric foam material.

14 . The geotextile container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said base fabric has an inner surface confining said filling space, an outer surface opposite to said inner surface, said compartment bodies being disposed over said outer surface.
