Abstract
A system and method for managing workflow including the ability to manage system-level workflow strategy, manage individual workflow activity, and provide suggestions to optimize individual workflow activity, is provided. The system may provide suggestions to workers based on their schedules and activities that the workers have to perform. Users of the system may configure the criteria used in determining which suggestions to provide to workers. The system may refine the suggestions provided to workers based on feedback received regarding the suggestions previously provided.

6 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the strategy management module is configured to:
prepare a first optimized configurable workflow to maximize a first company goal; and prepare a second optimized configurable workflow to maximize a second company goal, wherein the one or more company goals comprise one or more of: customer satisfaction, return on investment, gross sales, worker performance, efficiency, or reduced costs.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the strategy management module is configured to:
facilitate selection of a plurality of factors and a respective plurality of weights for the plurality of factors, wherein the plurality of factors and respective plurality of weights are used to determine a plurality of suggestions based on the first configurable strategy and the first configurable workflow.
8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the strategy management module is configured to:
provide a recommendation to automatically update a first market segment based on the calculated performance metrics, wherein updating the first market segment comprises one of: combining the first market segment with a second market segment, or splitting the first market segment into the second market segment and a third market segment.
9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the information related to the execution of the first requested activity comprises one or more of: number of sales, profit associated with the first configurable strategy, product inventory, or percentage of requested activities associated with the first configurable strategy that are executed.
10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the information related to execution of the first requested activity comprises feedback received from a plurality of workers of the company related to the first requested activity.
11 . A method for managing company-level strategy for a company, the method being implemented in a computer system comprising one or more physical processors configured to execute program modules, the method comprising:
developing a first configurable strategy based on a plurality of configurable market segments, wherein the first configurable strategy is related to one or more company goals associated with an individual product; developing a first configurable workflow related to the first configurable strategy, wherein the first configurable workflow comprises a plurality of requested activities related to implementing the one or more company goals; storing information related to execution of a first requested activity and a second requested activity of the first configurable workflow; calculating performance metrics based on the information related to execution of the first requested activity and the second requested activity; and modifying the first configurable strategy based on the calculated performance metrics.
12 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:
facilitating selection of a first criteria for developing the first strategy based on one or more of: strategy type, worker type, or level of involvement.
13 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising:
preparing an optimized sample strategy based on the selected pre-set criteria.
14 . The method of claim 13 , further comprising:
providing expected performance metrics based on the optimized sample strategy.
15 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising:
preparing an optimized configurable workflow; and populating data for an optimized requested activity of the optimized configurable workflow based on feedback received from a plurality of workers of the company.
16 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising:
preparing a first optimized configurable workflow to maximize a first company goal; and preparing a second optimized configurable workflow to maximize a second company goal, wherein the one or more company goals comprise one or more of: customer satisfaction, return on investment, gross sales, worker performance, efficiency, or reduced costs.
17 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:
facilitating selection of a plurality of factors and a respective plurality of weights for the plurality of factors, wherein the plurality of factors and respective plurality of weights are used to determine a plurality of suggestions based on the first configurable strategy and the first configurable workflow.
18 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:
providing a recommendation to automatically update a first market segment based on the calculated performance metrics, wherein updating the first market segment comprises one of: combining the first market segment with a second market segment, or splitting the first market segment into the second market segment and a third market segment.
19 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the information related to the execution of the first requested activity comprises one or more of: number of sales, profit associated with the first configurable strategy, product inventory, or percentage of requested activities associated with the first configurable strategy that are executed.
