Multi-Functional Exercise Platform
Abstract
A multi-functional exercise platform has a step board with two grips, a balance seat mounted on a lower surface of the step board, a pair of first supports detachably mounted on the lower surface of the step board, and a pair of second supports respectively mounted detachably on the pair of the first supports. The step board in combination with the balance seat can be used for performing balance training and push-ups. The step board in combination with the pair of the first supports can be used for performing the push-ups and step aerobics. The step board in combination with both the pair of the first supports and the pair of the second supports can be used for performing the step aerobics. Therefore, the exercise platform in accordance with the present invention is multi-functional.

1 . A multi-functional exercise platform comprising:
a step board having
a lower surface;
two through holes separately formed longitudinally through the step board, and each through hole having an inner peripheral edge defined around the through hole; and
two grips respectively mounted in the through holes and respectively attached to the inner peripheral edges of the through holes; and
a balance seat securely mounted on the lower surface of the step board, disposed between the through holes of the step board and having a distal end surface being convex.
2 . The multi-functional exercise platform as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the step board further has multiple positioning recesses separately formed in the lower surface of the step board and disposed beside the through holes of the step board; the balance seat further has
a proximal end surface; and
a height defined between the proximal end surface of the balance seat and the distal end surface of the balance seat; and
the multi-functional exercise platform further comprises a pair of first supports mounted detachably on the lower surface of the step board and respectively corresponding to the through holes of the step board, and each first support has
an upper surface;
a lower surface;
a height defined between the upper surface of the first support and the lower surface of the first support and being no shorter than the height of the balance seat;
a mounting recess formed in the upper surface of the first support and corresponding to a corresponding through hole of the step board; and
at least one positioning protrusion formed on the upper surface of the first support and detachably engaging at least one of the positioning recesses of the step board.
3 . The multi-functional exercise platform as claimed in claim 2 , wherein
each first support further has at least one positioning recess formed in the lower surface of the first support; and the multi-functional exercise platform further comprises a pair of second supports respectively mounted detachably on the pair of the first support, and each second support has
an upper surface; and
at least one positioning protrusion formed on the upper surface of the second support and detachably engaging the at least one positioning recess of a corresponding first support.
4 . The multi-functional exercise platform as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a non-slip pad securely mounted on an upper surface of the step board and disposed between the through holes of the step board.
5 . The multi-functional exercise platform as claimed in claim 2 further comprising a non-slip pad securely mounted on an upper surface of the step board and disposed between the through holes of the step board.
6 . The multi-functional exercise platform as claimed in claim 3 further comprising a non-slip pad securely mounted on an upper surface of the step board and disposed between the through holes of the step board.
7 . A multi-functional exercise platform comprising:
a step board having
a lower surface;
two through holes separately formed longitudinally through the step board, and each through hole having an inner peripheral edge defined around the through hole; and
two grips respectively mounted in the through holes, and respectively attached to the inner peripheral edges of the through holes;
multiple positioning recesses separately formed in the lower surface of the step board and disposed beside the through holes of the step board; and
a pair of first supports mounted detachably on the lower surface of the step board and respectively corresponding to the through holes of the step board, and each first support having
an upper surface;
a mounting recess formed in the upper surface of the first support and corresponding to a corresponding through hole of the step board; and
at least one positioning protrusion formed on the upper surface of the first support and detachably engaging at least one of the positioning recesses of the step board.
8 . The multi-functional exercise platform as claimed in claim 7 , wherein
each first support further has at least one positioning recess formed in a lower surface of the first support; and the multi-functional exercise platform further comprises a pair of second supports respectively mounted detachably on the pair of the first supports, and each second support has
an upper surface; and
at least one positioning protrusion formed on the upper surface of the second support and detachably engaging the at least one positioning recess of a corresponding first support.
9 . The multi-functional exercise platform as claimed in claim 7 further comprising a non-slip pad securely mounted on an upper surface of the step board and disposed between the through holes of the step board.
