Abstract
An acidic component generator includes a discharge electrode and a voltage supply. The voltage supply is configured to apply a high frequency voltage to the discharge electrode to discharge electricity, thereby generating an acidic component.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An acidic component generator comprising;
a discharge electrode; and a voltage supply, wherein the voltage supply is configured to apply a high frequency voltage to the discharge electrode to discharge electricity, thereby generating an acidic component.
2 . An acidic component generator comprising;
a discharge electrode; a counter electrode facing the discharge electrode; and a voltage supply, wherein the voltage supply is configured to apply a high frequency voltage to the counter electrode to discharge electricity, thereby generating an acidic component.
3 . The acidic component generator according to claim 1 , wherein the voltage supply is configured to apply the high frequency voltage having a frequency in a range of 50 kHz to 250 kHz.
4 . The acidic component generator according to claim 2 , wherein the voltage supply is configured to apply the high frequency voltage having a frequency in a range of 50 kHz to 250 kHz.
5 . The acidic component generator according claim 1 , wherein the voltage supply is configured to apply the high frequency alternating-current voltage.
6 . The acidic component generator according to claim 2 , wherein the voltage supply is configured to apply the high frequency alternating-current voltage.
7 . The acidic component generator according to claim 3 , wherein the voltage supply is configured to apply the high frequency alternating-current voltage.
8 . The acidic component generator according to claim 4 , wherein the voltage supply is configured to apply the high frequency alternating-current voltage.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
