Abstract

A water drain accelerating device has a base with a discharge port connected to a flush way assembled inside a water tank. An overflow hole is connected to the discharge port. An overflow pipe is plugged to the base. The bottom of the overflow pipe is connected to the overflow hole. A negative pressure pipe is connected to the overflow pipe. Negative pressure generates inside the overflow pipe when the base is draining. Water inside the water tank flows out of the discharge port when water drains. The water level inside the cavity of the negative pressure pipe falls down with the water level inside the water tank. Negative pressure generates inside the overflow pipe, so air inside the overflow pipe can't enter into the discharge port through the overflow hole. An air pipe extends from the overflow hole to the flush way.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A water drain accelerating device, includes a base assembled inside the water tank, the base is disposed with a discharge port connected to the flush way and an overflow hole connected to the discharge port, an overflow pipe is plugged to the base, the bottom of the overflow pipe is connected to the overflow hole, wherein further includes a negative pressure pipe connected to the overflow pipe, with the negative pressure pipe, negative pressure generates inside the overflow pipe when the base is draining. 
     
     
         2 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 1 , wherein the bottom of the cavity of the negative pressure pipe is an opening, the top of the cavity is formed to be a seal part. 
     
     
         3 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 1 , wherein the cavity of the negative pressure pipe is disposed with several limiting ribs with interval, the overflow pipe is plugged into the cavity to be positioned to the limiting ribs, the overflow pipe is connected to the cavity with space. 
     
     
         4 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 3 , wherein the limiting ribs of negative pressure pipe is disposed under the seal part of the cavity, the top of the overflow pipe is clamped to the limiting ribs with space. 
     
     
         5 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 2 , wherein the seal part at the top of the negative pressure pipe is disposed with a water refill joint connected to the cavity, the water refill joint is disposed with a water refill check valve. 
     
     
         6 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 5 , wherein the water refill check valve includes a valve rod sliding up and down inside the water refill joint, the bottom of the valve rod is fixed with a seal fitting, a spring is sleeved in the valve rod to withstand the valve rod upwards to make the seal fitting to seal the water refill joint. 
     
     
         7 . A water drain accelerating device according to any one of  claim 1 , wherein further includes an air pipe extended from the overflow hole to the wash way. 
     
     
         8 . A water drain accelerating device includes a base and an overflow pipe, the base is assembled inside the water tank and disposed with a discharge port connected to the wash way of the toilet, the overflow pipe is assembled inside the water tank to connect to the wash way, wherein further includes a negative pressure pipe, which is connected to the overflow pipe, negative pressure generates inside the overflow pipe when the base is draining. 
     
     
         9 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 8 , wherein the bottom of the cavity of the negative pressure pipe is an opening, the top of the cavity is formed to be a seal part. 
     
     
         10 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 8 , wherein further includes an air pipe extended from the overflow pipe to the wash way 
     
     
         11 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 2 , wherein further includes an air pipe extended from the overflow hole to the wash way. 
     
     
         12 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 3 , wherein further includes an air pipe extended from the overflow hole to the wash way. 
     
     
         13 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 4 , wherein further includes an air pipe extended from the overflow hole to the wash way. 
     
     
         14 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 5 , wherein further includes an air pipe extended from the overflow hole to the wash way. 
     
     
         15 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 6 , wherein further includes an air pipe extended from the overflow hole to the wash way. 
     
     
         16 . A water drain accelerating device according to  claim 9 , wherein further includes an air pipe extended from the overflow pipe to the wash way.
